I had a problem with not being a VIP when I got in and it said I had to pay to become one. Further more I went to change the email address on it so I'd get any messages and have sense been incapable of even getting to the become a VIP screen because it says I need to verify the email address through a email it won't send.
edit: Also bought character slots are showing up but not allowing me to apply them to the server.

Unfortunetly I don't have any proof of this but with running one of the things I've noticed is that I rarely have minions run away......however most liutenants will and since I reactivated my account *again I just keep dropping in and out based on money supply at the time* every boss character I have fought has run away. Not necessarily gotten away but has atleast made the attempt. Now this may have something to do with my kinetic/reflexes scrapper with the debuffs he lands on opponents and his pretty much purely dodging defenses*all or nothing damage to me pretty much* but I haven't played enough to know for certain.
My mastermind seems to cause this alot less*at the moment* but normally I have each henchman and myself attacking a different opponent after taking down the hardest enemy first and fastest and yet the other enemies don't run very often. Every once in awhile I'll have one run and get gunned down. But when I play him with my level pact buddy a katana/willpower scrapper we run into nigh constant runaways once again.*this is all below level 10.....maybe 11 on Praetoria*

He is meaning for city of villains. There are a good amount of roleplayers on virtue but they are in a more hidden area for CoV. Many roleplay on the top of a building in port oaks(if I remember right.) where there is a shop you can get to the top of the building by going in the front door and taking the elevater. Alot of the others are in the sg bases and in pvp areas roleplaying and fighting. As for groups I can't really suggest any but maybe some other people can. I suggest posting this on the Virtue section of the boards.

I play on both champion and virtue and there is alot more rp on virtue from what have seen I barely find rpers on champion but when I do its always a plesent surprise and they are a great group I only had one bad experiance with roleplayers on champion and that was the charecter who decided that they had to always attack first no matter the cost.....that hurt. But yeah I would suggest Virtue first and possibly pinnacle it sounds like it has a few rpers but I haven't played there my self.

Virtue is the unofficial RP server but it and pinnacle are the 2 that sound like they have the most RPing and it sounds like freedom has the least

dang it how many people jump on this thread im with no marvel in the game but it isnt in the game its even on another forum look at the link then answer or atleast read the posts and he's not using only things from coh and I am in the new recruits im not in paragon university i like reading the thread before I join and that is way to long for me to remain sain trying to read it all and no need for (()) this is a out of charecter thread that links to another forum and people not looking at the link are misinterpreting it as someone forming a sg or a story on this forum whew wow reading all those threads with flame and defence are really paying off

I understood very little of what you just said but works for me .It does sound like a cool idea but if I'm posting there alot one of my parent is gona kill me because of how much he's still mad at marvel.

Umm I looked on the web site he posted and he Isn't using arch types hes rolling a die to see what powers you get because mutants don't choose there powers it just happens so it looks like it could be repetitive but thats a chance it seems and just look on the web site most questions asked are answered there exept why this thread hasn't been spotted by the devs yet
