Fantastic!
I can make binds to turn these binds on and off when needed right? Like when I am just cruising around so don't annoy myself to death with rage and hasten popping.
perhaps set up the binds on the Home, PgUp, PgDn, End,...etc. so that they Bind the commands to W, A, S, D,...etc. and then another set of keys to unbind them when wanted.
am I thinking this thru clearly? -
I might as well throw my Tanker build out here and add to the pile.
My main goal with this build is to basically turn foot stomp into a jackhammer, give K.O. blow a little bit of use into its Hold function, and be soft capped against solo AV.
I haven't been concerned with taking the energy mastery. My recovery and regen may be low but its nothing some blue and green ispr. cant fix occasionally.
Plus I still have my "oh crap!" button just in case.
Edit: this thing is also Extremely expensive.
Please feel free to judge this build... I always take new info into great consideration.

I agree with you Silencer7 on most of your opinions. Yes I did overslot Health in an attempt to soft cap, dropping haymaker was a mistake, and I never looked close enough at enfeebled operation and see how awesome it is.
However I don't want to drop my AOE defense any lower that soft cap (I guess I'm being overcautious).
So... reworked it. I am liking the new build. I'm satisfied with 2.5 net gain on End. I am also tickled that I got the HP up to 2300.
Now all I need is to buy 2 sets and 1 Enzyme and I'll have this finished in game!
Edit: I moved some sets around for overall better End performance (Foot Stomp and Shield Charge sets)

I reworked the build for more slots in Electrifying Fences and dropped Ragnarok for Javelin Volley because I already have that set.After soft-capping defense, I think it's up to you what bonus you want. With rage, I think your character can be stronger by focusing on other bonus than accuracy.
The build looks ok. I would move some slots and see if electrifying fences can be slotted better. I'm wondering about the enzyme HO in combat jumping and battle agility. I thought that enzyme is supposed to enhance debuffs.

I find my SS/SD brute to be a little endurance heavy. however once i learned how to play him and watch out for the Rage drop, or hasten drop even, my brute became very enjoyable to play.
As for AOE's, I highly recommend Mu or Soul Mastery. I am currently running Soul mastery because i thought the -to hit debuff would help out in tight situations and large mobs.
I may change over to Mu mastery so i can have 2 damaging AOE's instead on 1 damage AOE from Soul mastery. The -to hit debuff is great, but im feeling the extra damage will be a better choice in the long run. -

I agree that the fighting pool would be a better choice but i would have to waste a power on boxing and I was aiming more towards aoe abilities than ST.
BotZ is used becuase with what I have it was only the only way I could find to soft cap defenses
and I do agree that gloom is underslotted and true grit is being "abused", but that was also used to soft cap D.
So far I have tried ITF, a couple of different AE's and Lib TV. I haven't had much if any issues with it. Lib TV is the only one, but it's just th toxic clouds that cuase problems... Move 3 feet left or right... Problem solved
Overall I am having fun with it and it's exactly what I wanted out of my brute. -

I love your build.
I like your idea of more attacks, however, the End usage is a little high for my taste and as far as the regeneration... I personally like to have as much as I can get since my resist are low.
So I took your idea and my idea and combined them a little. all the attacks are useful, the End use is still low, and it has the 2 more attacks with it.
LOTG: 7.5% recharge can still be place in Grant cover for the difference of end use to +recharge.
P.s. Put 2 pieces of Devastation into Gloom will give 12% more regen.
Plus I added the Force Feedback : +Rech to Punch for fun and to pass the time. lol

The Soul toggle makes its endurance heavy so I'm thinking of leaving it off till I need it
