"can they fix it?"
Sure they. We'll get incredibly nice thing in the next issue. Promise! *issue arrives* Nah. Hadn't time to implement it all, sorry. But for the anniversary coming you players will get something v e r y s p e c i a l, something that'll knock your socks off. *anniversary arrives* You get free beta access to a weak new issue! Yay! Yay?
Sounds so incredibly negative but that's how I'm experiencing the game currently. -

Terrible pun day?

Isn't that like 365 days a year?

No, actually it's only once a month.
Sorry someone had to say and I had the misfortune to be the One.

I think next issue should be called just plain "Issue 50". You start your character at lvl 50 and then you just choose power and slot them up. I mean... playing the toon to 50 IS a bore! It's not the journey, it's being there - on da beach, with an umbrella drink in your hand! Right? Righty-O?!!
-
It's the death of MMO:s as we knows them! Or... of the MA maybe.
-
It's a nice video, nod oubt!
-
What would be needed is a "we're leaving together..." cheesy thread. Bye FFM, I'm right behind you.
-
Bye bye! I don't this is about having played the game too much at all, just to many unkept promises. Unfortunately I have paid for the game til august... had really expected something more grand for the anniversary. Puff. Sighs. It's just a game, even if it's a darn good one.
-
Yup, just agreeing here... too much promised, too little delivered. I was awaiting some nice and surprising announcement for the 5:th anniversary and the first thing I read is "4 chronos dancing on top of the Atlas statue". Expectations drops rapidly... is this it? Is this IT? It's could have been slightly fun if they had not blown up the expectations months ahead. Slightly.
Well, if something ground breaking IS coming up this week I will gladly eat the above words. I hope I have to but ... well. Rock and Rant over. -
CHAOS - CHity aff heOS - someones been at the bottle again.
-
Same here but it doesn't happen every time I do it.
-
Moon_Angel; yes.
Sojourn; you need to go stand under GC and tell your stories instead. (Sorry - that is un-called for, but I'm in a bit provocative mode now...)
-
Well, I might go out on a limb here but - for the love of god folks, don't try to write the long as a chapter of a Dostojevski book. I do know this is somewhat a matter of taste, but I must say a well put, informational and short briefing makes me turn up the end rating one notch allmost automatically. Even for a farm mission. <- That's a half-*** joke. But I most often can't get myself to read long windling descriptions ... I JUUUUST CAAAN'T!
(It's meant as a ground for some discussion, not a "I know what's best for you"-thread. I'm not a socialist you know... <-another joke combined with risk of troll-challenge.) -
Up to level 20 is just a route to the fun, as someone said above, its not until 22 the fun really starts and you begin to feel more powerful (ingame that is). I think you need to hang in some more, it's really not that hard to level anymore...

No, some "hostages" set a random civilians becomes random custom mob members. So I get a group from my custom mob holding one of their own as hostage... :P
-
Somehow I can't help feeling that we should have a web based feature like this connect to the game rather than what will be a very long thread. But the initiative is good though and I hope to be able to contrib' in it.
-
Well, as the subject says. I have 7 people to rescue in a mission I'm currently trying out. Three of those are set as "custom" and they're working as intended. Four are set to standard/civilian/random but was comes out in the mission is random from the same custom group who are the enemies in the mission.
Searched some but haven't found anything pointing towards this being a known bug. Tried logging out/in and restarting the test, same thing. Has anyone else had this? -
Sorry I had messed up for this one, setting the number of those to rescue to a too high value. Beginners mistake...
-
Well, under the map description you can see how many different goals are allowed on that particular map. Does that really work?
I'm working on a mission where I have choosen a custom map (Unique maps - Office - Hellions) that allows;
* 8 ambush, boss, patrol or destroy object
* 7 rescue, escort or defend object
So I've added 7 'release captive' and now I get "There are too many Rescue, Escort ... etc... for the current map. " I tried a standard map without any limitation and I still get this error message. Is there someone who can see the problem? I obviously can't!
Edited:
OK... so it works for some maps but not for some where (as I interpret the info text) it should work. I also hade the above error but still been able to start testing the mission, whereas in some cases I can't. Bug or my misunderstanding? You tell me. -
OK, so I designed a broad sword/shield custom enemy but at the name screen I got this message: "custom character has an invalid costume". Oh, so I thought I had used some unlockable part or valkyrie part but I hadn't. Tried a couple of times changing parts then the game client crashed me out to Windows desktop.
Edit:
Maybe this should be filed under Technical issues instead?
Edit II:
After starting the game it worked but I noticed I now had more shields to choose from... must be some temp bug. -
lol bn klikn fo mos uv me life seems liek.

Yes, I agree. The correct order would be not to show the modern abdominations so-called "I-have-a-timeline-that-I-invented-long-ago-but-really-I-am-kidding-I-just-made-that-up-to-milk-more-$-from-this-concept". That's a good troll post and a way for Major Pain to participate in this great wait-taptaptap-thread.
