I was just curious what others choose for a difficulty level to grind their Brutes up at? I just recently changed mine to +2 at level 44. I was getting bored running solo missions and not really having any difficult moments depending on what types of mobs I was fighting. First time I ran at the new level I had an actual challenge. All mobs were at least yellow, most orange and a few reds. I actually got sent to the hospital after drawing too many mobs and a boss level red. I think I'm going to stay at this level for the rest of my journey to 50. What do the rest of you do? And FYI, I'm talking about my SS/DA/Soul Brute.

Doubt that will happen, I have to work until 9, won't get home until 9:30. I suppose I could try, I think I'm less then 2mil until 45.

It usually depends on the class of the toon. If melee I take sands, ranged or control type ax.

I've got a L43 SS/DA Brute. I have both COF and OG. Since I got OG, I hardly ever run COF, in fact I don't think I have it on one of my bars anymore. COF is great at lower levels on low level mobs. I'd say grab it for the grind up, but I will probably respec out of it after I hit 50. As some of the other guys mentioned, COF can be slotted nicely and needs ACC and End Red. I've got 2 slots in OG right now and I'm running stupify in both. Never any problems and it hits very well.

I've actually been playing mine recently, I dinged 20 last night (first blue to 20). I'm still finding survivability to be an issue. I've taken the first 4 powers in DB but I plan on respecing out of the first power. I'm also finding that hitting orange and purple mobs can be tough. I find that FA is OK if slotted correctly but I'm still not 100% how to do that. As before the changes, End is also an issue. Let me know how you make out.

I tried a Demons/Dark in Beta and loved it. I just rolled my first on a regular server the other day. So far so good. For your concept I think /dark was the way to go.

No I'm running on Win XP. Shortly after I posted this question it started working again, but then I got blue screen of death. I'm restarting now. Let's see what happens.

I'm trying to play and every time I run the updater I get stuck at Fixing Files: piggs/sound.pigg. It's got 167385/sec to go. At that rate my vacation will be over and I'll be back to work. Does anyone have any suggestions or solutions for this issue?

Hello Market people. I've been playing this game very casually for about a year, and now that I've got some more time I plan on playing a little more frequently. I've seen some great success stories of people making way more infamy then I've ever had in less then a month, and now I want to give it a try myself. I've got about 4 million on Freedom. What should I be looking for on the market to get myself started? Should I wait a week for the market merge? I'm a level 36 Brute right now and hopefully I'll get myself to 50 before too much longer so I'm going to need some infamy to buy all those pretty high end enhancements. What should I do?
