  1. I would seriously suggest several of the folks who have submitted arcs to AEntertainment Tonight seriously consider submitting them to the Architect Awards.

You only got one AEntertainment Tonight reviewer in your list. Rastafariman also gave five stars to both parts and WRider gave five stars to part two as well (having missed the episode which reviewed part one)

Actually, the heal was a recent addition, what was originally Conserve power became a smaller End Discount with a heal component and a regen boost in I16.
  4. Which note are you specifically referring to?

Well, we have some good news then. From what I can tell the new archive seems to be working, and this week's episode IS available for download.
  6. Thanks all for the good wishes, and Stale, I want that cake.

    ....

    But I don't want a Stale cake...

    It's a conundrum...
  7. In that case, I'd like to sign up Operative McGavin, AR/Dev blaster.
  8. I don't know when the station archives will be back up, but they only save the most recent episode. However, I do still have the files of the reviews themselves saved, and as soon as I can figure out HTML, I can put them on their own site.
  9. I hate to be the one that says it, but it seems like a Forum Game. Take an established NPC, stick his/her name in a blender, and make up a reason for someone with the new name.

Roman Tice=Manticore (who shot States in comics)
St. Namaste=Statesman (who has a very recognizable helmet)
  10. By all means send in those submissions. Also, if you find an arc that you liked, or have a different point of view on an arc that we've reviewed we also take 'guest reviews' on the show. All you need to do is record your own audio file (mp3 preferred, but I can convert SOME other file types) and send it to dj-abrahms@kjsr.net. Please remember to be respecful of any spoilers in the arc.
  11. I believe the Invader badge is supposed to be the Villain equivalent to TFC, but I haven't checked lately, does it not unlock the Epaulettes?
  12. The show begins in a little less than two hours.
  13. I'll freely state that I have not once participated in any of the Hurt and Heal threads, but even I got hit with the Anti Protector rep...sort of...I think, and my rep has been off almost the entire time.

The most recent rep I have says 'death to Protector' and it dings off a post I made back in 2006. Odd thing is, it's positive rep.
  14. They'll still be available, but will spawn as greys, so things like the Skull bosses aren't going to be the threat presented here. On the other hand, fighting Overseers at level 15 isn't something that I want to comprehend.

    Maybe multiple missions?
  15. Tomorrow's show will feature:

    Necrotic Beginnings (by Mikiri)
The Consequences of War part one (by Dalghryn)
    Teen Phalanx Forever! (by PW)

And I'll say it here, at the end of each show, one of us lists off the arcs planned for the next week. At the time we recorded we had zero submissions. I know there are some that got lost during the web host swap that haven't re-submitted, but I don't remember who they are. Without those submissions we kinda don't have a show, so if you think you may be one of those that got lost, please resubmit, and if you haven't submitted at all, we'd love to give your arc a whirl.
  16. I'm curious how you are going to handle the level spread of the nightmare enemies that have been mentioned already.
  17. Didn't create any new characters, but I do have a level 2 Claws Scrapper that needs some help getting the Rularuu claws.

Yes, Ma'am. I'll have it spotless for your return.
  19. Episode four of AEntertainment Tonight includes reviews for:

    Amazon-Avatar
    Escalation
Is it live or is it Memory-X
Birth of a Hero (parts 1 and 2)

Justice Blues, since the Archives are not yet back up, I will send you the review file for Future Skulls. However, the new forums doesn't actually list your e-mail, instead it opens up it's own window to send you the message directly, and I'm not seeing the "Attach File" option. If you could PM me your e-mail Address, I'll get the file to you.
  20. Well, before they do anything with the Praets, they should probably update the missions talking about 'preventing a second Rikti Invasion'.

Now we're really getting into the niggling details, though. The broad point has already been made, I think.
If you want to go into generalities, though EVERY Villain active in the Isles is doing exactly what Recluse wants them to do. They were all released from the Zig (obviously except those that skipped it) for the sole purpose of harassing Heroes, fighting the Longbow invasion, and testing OTHER Villains for their ability to do the same. ANY Villain that didn't immediately retire after getting off Mercy Island, (or spent the entire time playing other people's AE missions) is furthering Recluse's goals.

Even if a Villain goes after only other Villain organizations, it's keeping the insurgents harried and weak. If they are the kind of Anti-Hero that doesn't want to hurt police, they STILL cause strain on the enforcement system every time there is a 'scheduled' Mayhem Mission, even if they don't actually go through with it.

A lot of Ninjutsu powers would need to be reworked... perhaps completely inverted as to their effects. Anyone got any suggestions for how to change or replace Smoke Flash, Hide, Caltrops and maybe Blinding Powder? The set might end up as a more offense-oriented one, kinda like Shields, but maybe more controlly.
Just throwing a couple ideas out there, but what if we swap Caltrops with a Taunt aura, one that has a very small chance, no more than 5 or 10 percent, of a couple second fear effect (the cower version, not the running one). Another option is to have a Willpower/Shields like effect, except have the power give a very small recharge boost with a saturated aura. Maybe like half Hasten when you have the full ten folks.

Smoke Grenade is easy, just swap that with a thrown variant of the Glue Grenade the PPD have. Don't have anything off the top of my head for Hide or Blinding Powder just yet.

Seriously, with that half-***** effort, I could have done it all by myself without their intervention.
Heck, I remember having to save Jenkins from the Zig no less than three times. Once when I got out of there the first time, once when I had to go back to get a couple other Destined Ones out (who are never seen again afterward. Guess they didn't make it out of the Snake pits) and finally when I had to go back in time and make sure to set up my own escape by freeing Jenkins from Longbow, so he could get captured by DIFFERENT Longbow in the Radar tower I was about to save him from the first time.
