Wow, this would completely suck.
One solution (not a great one) you'd need to get on the super-hero channel (all globals, broadcast, etc.) and put out a request for someone who has the Fusion Generator plans open to allow you to join their SG, go to their base and craft one with your own salvage.
[/ QUOTE ] Yep that would be the workaround for those with a coalition. Those groups in the hinterland..........no good.
Hey.........can I borrow your worktable???.........they broke my toilet!
[/ QUOTE ]
doesn't work. if you leave the other SG with the plans your inventory disappears. this is why you can't just get an auto-doc on a whim.
[/ QUOTE ]Thatssss righhhtt. Crap.
Also the worktables would have to be ZERO POWER and ZERO CONTROL. I forgot you have to power your control device too. -
[ QUOTE ]
hmmm... interesting....
I had a suggestion way back when about reworking the item destruction to be more fair, and more interractive. Went something like...
Change the Flames/RoboFab into a 0-power 0-control device like the Auto Doc.
Have them sell Repair temp powers, crafted with base salvage.
[/ QUOTE ] Worktables should not be powered. Then there wouldn't be a problem. -

To the Base Engineers, your thoughts?
It hit me last night driving home. The Perfect Storm.
Thats all it takes to make your life a living hell after creating a great raidable base.
Example:
You have a raidable base. You have an IoP (some day).
No worries you are johnny on the spot and set up to ensure your team is ready to fight.
To mitigate any damage to your base during this scheduled raid you have 6 workbenches, and 3 flames of some dead guy and 3 robotic fabricators.
These will help raise your ability to rebuild any losses to functional items from the battle.
You also have the AES and FUSION Generator.
You also have 40 Elite Guns, medical reclimators, etc etc. (About 16,000 worth of power requirements........but its okay you have more than enough with the FUSION GEN.
The A-Team comes a calling today, and the attack begins.
They zone in the doorway, right next to your impervious FUSION Gen (happened to me a couple of weeks ago).
They are smart and stay in turtle mode.
This group is only about PvPing and destroying other bases. Gaining your IoP is just icing on the cake.
With their group of buffed out blasters and controllers and fuled by Purples, Yellows and Red Inspirations, they tear through the FUSION Gens massive hitpoints.
In 15 min, with them fighting you off, they manage to destroy it before you kill the last of them.
They laugh and leave you and your precious IoP.
No worries you say. I have 6 repair bots.
Raid over. The luck hits you.......in a bad way and your FUSION GEN is dead.
Thats okay Ill build a new one.
WAIT..................you cant, there is no power to your worktables.
Oh, Ill buy a generator.
The Basic Gen........?
You going to delete your 40 Elite Guns, AES, teleporters to get the power you need to run your worktables now?
------------------------------------------------------------
Only one chance, and this is untested. If I delete everything (bought functional items) but keep my crafted items (AES, GUNS, teleporters, Robo surgery, etc.) Would I have enough power with the basic battery and 2x battery attachments to build and run a worktable?
Or do I have to delete created items? Which is hours of salvage gathering and creation wasted.
These questions await us when IoP comes back to test. I just ask the Base Engineers to look into this when the time comes. -

You have to remember your single light source and keep it consistent. If the light is from the left, the shadows fall on the right, and all highlights are on the severe left. It gets tricky when you use multiple light sources, then sometimes the shadows form in the center of the object...

One thing is part of my reality when i do base raid.... having ppl online... and that is not only me, ive seen other vg with the same issue, seriously see other vg do temporary freelance recruitment for the duration of the raid, ive started doing the same at some point, ... well mostly recruit friends that can move a toon in my vg for the raid... then remove back!
[/ QUOTE ] This is an issue my SG has even with 80 Individual Accounts. What I try to do to drive it home is POST about the raid Everywhere. I put it on my website, I put it on the COH Server Forum, I send Website Emails, I send Ingame Emails, I put it in Message of the Day, and Group Motto..............................when Im done with all that.........3 days before the raid I pass over Coalition CHAT about the raid offering up spots (SG members that have signed up first of course). I tell them to make sure they are there 45 min early. I brief 30 min out and make sure the brief is posted so they can just read it. You are right though, you will get at least three people that are absolutely lost and dont pay attention (especially pick up team members). Then you will always get the guy that shows up 5 min before the raid.........not to mention the guy that was signed up that is 10 min late to the raid after it started and he gets mad..........
So Yeaah.............that sucks a bit and hard to mitigate.

Also, TS (or vent) is great as long as ppl use it! And you always have ppl not on it! Ive stoped using it, (might retry it, doh) cause i was having private chats/sg chats/coalition chats/ broadcast chat + TS! , Now i ask ppl not to send me Private chat!!! Enough on the chat/TS matter , u get my point!

My sg has about 34 Elite Cannons and 11 SS with full attachments - with alot of choke points...you can get 2 Elite Cannons with full attachments in there without causing any path issues or using floating.

Section 4. The Base Attack
On the attack:
For to win one hundred victories in one hundred battles is not the acme of skill. To subdue the enemy without fighting is the acme of skill.
- Sun Tzu
<ul type="square">
BASIC ATTACK TENANTS:
[*]1. BRIEF: Brief Attack and plan 45 min before attack. Move to the Raid Teleporter 10 minutes prior to attack. All be in SG mode. Have your teams ready and already arranged with leaders. Be on Teamspeak or Ventrillo. Bring Shivans, Nukes, whatever you need before hand to back you up.
[*]2. TOGGLE : Turn on all toggle powers, (Buff up, pets cant be called until in the defenders base)
[*]3. SEQUENCE: Tanks/Brutes using Overload and Unstoppable, etc. will move in first, followed by Support, then any invis toons you wish to send in with Raid Pylons....ALL POP PURPLES before and after entry based on load time.
[*]4. SPAWN TOGETHER: Everyone should spawn in relatively the same location, try to have slow loaders click first.
[*]5. TEAM: Get a large group together of no less than 4 before moving out as group, Best to move as two teams . YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SEE MAP
---- just follow YOUR leader, unless you have an assigned job)
[*]6. MOVE: Dont stop and fight where possible (Tanks can taunt them off of you)----TURN ON UNSTOPPABLE If needed---------for the others who are moving deeper in base turn on OVERLOAD, ANYTHING THAT MAKES YOU UNHITTABLE, SWALLOW LOTS OF PURPLES ---USE GREENS AND BREAKFREES WHEN NEEDED AND RUN TO FIND ANCHORS or INVIS yourself to find hiding spot .Describe the room over teamspeak so you dont drop pylon in same room, which it wont let you and you will waste time. Destroy any guns that interrupt you while dropping a Raid Pylon. Best to break Line of Sight.
[*]7. LOOK: Look for anchors up in ceilings, fly or hover along edge of ceilings that have lights or spikes in them, THE ANCHOR is ROUND and RED. It has around 8000 hitpoints or so. It will be against a wall up in ceiling NOT directly on ceiling (Low hanging lights will try to block you from seeing it up in the hole in ceiling). If you are lucky it will be on the wall right up in front of you.
[ QUOTE ]
TIP THERE IS a custom bind for targeting the anchors as you run through the base. I will try to find it and add it here
[/ QUOTE ]
[*]8. REZ: If you die go to a hospital, KNOW where your contacts are, make sure the portal is a close run, GRAB PURPS BREAK FREES and GREENS to make you unhittable, swallow before entry or as needed. Dont worry about dying .wait til they walk off and leave your body in that barren room .then rez and continue.
[*]9. DESTROY!: Destroy THE ANCHORS to win. Waste no Time on any other objects or people unless they are in your way: YOU ONLY HAVE ONE HOUR TO DESTROY 5 ANCHORS--_DONT WORRY ABOUT THEIR POWER OR CONTROL!---Take out generator only if low hitpoints or you arent seen. Raid Pylons or destroy anchors is name of game.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
CLOSING THOUGHT: Remember, Have Fun! Dont get upset, let your army of mutant gnomes take care of business like you have trained them! GET SOME RAIDERS AND SEMPER FI!!!

Section 3. The Base Defense
On the Defense:
"He who is prudent and lies in wait for an enemy who is not, will be victorious."
- Sun Tzu
"Offer the enemy a bait to lure him; feign disorder and strike him."
- Sun Tzu
Defenses are where you make your money. Especially if you worked hard and gained an IoP and you are willing to do anything to keep it.
DEFENSE LAYOUT: You can do a few things to make life hell for them.
1. Chokepoints: You can put spikes on the floor and ceiling to make chokepoints throughout base. http://s17.photobucket.com/albums/b59/MC...16-20-43-20.jpg
They will force you to leave a path open however, you cannot block off an area that paths between rooms or functional objects like a generator or gun or control.
You can however put stairs backwards and that will not block pathing but it will block THEM ; Spikes and Stairs can work both ways ..BE WARNED. Not to mention your SG will hate you when you have it.
2. Hiding Anchors: Anchors are placed on walls. However you can raise the ceiling 2 levels and place the anchor on the lip keeping it hidden. If you are really evil you can place spikes or hanging light colums ESSENTIALLY HIDING them. Change the lighting to the same color and they are hard to find or destroy. At 8000+ hitpoints they are hard to destroy anyway. Some people really hate this and would rather drop raid pylons to counteract this.
[ QUOTE ]
TIP: YOU CAN USE LOTS OF FALSE CEILINGS to confuse then where the true location of your anchors are!!!!!
[/ QUOTE ]
http://s17.photobucket.com/albums/b59/MC...16-19-40-52.jpg
You can also put trees underneath to make life even more painful to find them. I like to add guns to really make them pissed.
3. Base Layout:
<ul type="square"> I recommend a few things.
[*] First, make sure you have two or more medical rooms in diff parts of base so if they destroy some of your reclimators you can still zone in base and grab yourself inspirations.
[*]Make sure ROOMS for your Vault (for future IoP types) your Generator and your Anchors are in an area that you are actively defending. Make one or two chokepoints and defend those areas. Sounds good just by itself right? Sit and wait for them? Wrong. That only works if they dont plan on dropping RAID PYLONS and you have a tiny base.
[*] To counteract With Raid Pylons they can hide and drop them where you arent looking. THIS MEANS THE LESS CLUTTER AN D THE MORE GUNS in each room that can interrupt them the better.
[*]Get your guns up high out of their melee toons LOS if possible (See base stacking guide for that in Base Construction forum).
[*]Make sure your Generator is protected using spikes on top and on sides leaving one pathing spot. Guard the pathing spot with a Stoner if possible. They cant hurt him, he can taunt them off the generator.
Here is an old base layout I used to brief off of: http://s17.photobucket.com/albums/b5...AIDBRIEF-1.gif
4. Weapons: I recommend Elite Ice Crystals or Tech equivalent combined with Elite Energy Crystals. You will need lots of Weapons of Mu for arcane ones and Unstable Rad Pistols for the Tech ones. STOCK UP ON THESE!
See Azrihaz's Guide to Base Defense HERE She did a great job on this guide!
This combination of slows and damage is incredible. If you have a room you are worried about raid pylons use a Fire Gun turret to keep them from activating the temp power. Build attachments. Check your line of sight and have weapons mutally supporting, hide the attachments if possible. Dont bother with any attachment but Energy Shield, Damage Booster and Acc Booster .. The targeted area is worthless. Scorpions Surprise and purchaseable (unlocked by badge) is nice and has [censored] tons of damage but its recharge is so slow almost not worth it. You can also drop the floor in one spot . Put sandbags all over ground to cause them to slide and put a crafteable Slow field in the hold. They wont be able to jump out very easy, place a gun facing the trap and their life will suck. There are other weapons types, but honestly they arent worth it too much. Here are some pics: You have to register on Base Builders Inc. to see them I think:
http://www.guildportal.com/Guild.aspx?Gu...TopicID=5756454
[ QUOTE ]
TIP: The cheapest way to get rooms that accept guns all over your base is to buy several 600k Teleportation rooms that accept two weapons in them. Place them strategically around your vault and generator and reclimators........ Four of these rooms = 8 Elite weapons......... Thats alot of pain on the enemy.
As you get richer add chokepoints 1.5 mil a pop.
[/ QUOTE ]
BASIC DEFENSE TENANTS:
<ul type="square">
[*]1. BRIEF: BE ON TEAMSPEAK IF POSSIBLE---SG LEADER AND (3) ASSAULT TEAM LEADERS ONLY WILL USE ALL CAPS IN SG CHAT, ALL others use lower case
[*] 2. BALANCE: Recommend Three active teams that are balanced and can fight together as a group. ATs dont really matter (too much) if you have good balance and are integrated with your base Weapons. I am not saying an uber PvP team cant own you ..but for normal groups you will be OK.
[*]3. INSPIRE!: Have a few BREAK FREES and LOADS of YELLOWS and REDS--- This is important as they will roll in with tier nines for three minutes on or with purples popped. Debuff them and Destroy them!
[*]4. KILL/DELAY: The goal of defense is only kill them or delay them from destroying your Dimensional Anchors or setting up Raid Pylons ..Expect them to use the first wave to map out your base and figure out your defense. They have a full hour and will use it. A good Offensive team will come at you as a UBER Group and send off invis individuals to drop pylons. A poor raiding group will come at you piecemeal. Remember that.
[ QUOTE ]
TIP: A good macro to kill them quick is this /macro near "unselect$$toggle_enemy$$follow$$powexec_slot 1"
This is good for hand to hand when your getting mobed. It targets nearest bad guy, follows him, and smack him when you catch him.
[/ QUOTE ]
[*]5. No I in TEAM: Try not to VENTURE OUT ON YOUR OWN OR YOU JEOPORDIZE THE ANCHORS/Key Functional Items YOU ARE DEFENDING----MOVE AS A TEAM TO DEFEND KEY ANCHORS ---YOU CAN HEAL ANCHORS If your anchors in your location are taken out, move to the other teams location to assist them. Especially if they are taking the brunt of the attack. REMEMBER THOUGH, KEEP a Defense in Depth!
[*]6. REZ: If you die, rez in base. When you first zone into base, make sure it is somehwhere like MERCY Island so you can go to hospital, walk a few feet get more inspirations, then go in the base portal and back into the fight all within 50 feet.
[*]7. SELECTIVE TARGETING: Dont waste time on their tanks when possible. Slow their tanks, get their support toons first. They are squishy, make sure they know they are squishy. Use group assaults on troublesome ATs. TP FOE when possible and gank them.
[*]8. BATTLEFIELD AWARENESS: KEEP YOUR MAP UP AT ALL TIMES SO YOU DONT GET LOST. Your own members have no excuse. Make sure that you post a map on your website (protected of course) and let them view where their team should setup.
[*]9. POWER KEEPS YA POWERFUL ! Kill them wholesale for an hour ..and your homefree. Get the FUSION Gen if you can afford it and it will take them close to 45 min just to beat it down. Once it drops you cant use your reclimators or your guns. Guard that Generator especially if its low hitpoints. Hide it behind spikes with a chokepoint if possible. Put lights above it so they cant get on top.
-
Section 2. Leadership for Raids
On Leadership:
"You cannot lead by memo, you cannot lead by shouting, you cannot lead by delegation of your responsibility -- you must lead by example." Gen. Charles Krulak, US Marine Corps.
To be a Raid leader in either the defense or offense requires not only an understanding of power sets, their capabilities, limitations and weaknesses---- It requires patience (with your players as well as theirs), solid decision making skills, an awareness of the ground you are fighting on, and an ability to adjust to a changing situation (WHICH IT WILL.............trust me)
<ul type="square">[*] Prior to the raid ensure on your Supergroup website you have placed a members only map of the raid, SHOWN HERE: http://s17.photobucket.com/albums/b5...AIDBRIEF-1.gif
, team makeup, team leaders, and a written standing brief of what you want them to do and where you want them to go during the defense and the attack. Dont make it too long (like this guide), make it short and concise so they understand their roles quick.
[*]See www.guildportal.com for a free website for your SUPERGROUP. Your members must register and you can make forums for their eyes only. Make a base raid forum.
[*] Have either the www.ventrilo.com ventrilo program or teamspeak www.teamspeak.com program and be able to communicate with members. Even members who dont have mics can tune in and listen to your commands. This is much easier then typing.
[*] In raids make sure ONLY the leadership speaks on Request channel. all others use Broadcast. Within your SG window use ALL CAPS so they can identify your commands or discussion.
[*] Childish Fighting over Broadcast: Ensure that the "other side" agrees (AND MOST IMPORTANTLY BRIEFS THEIR MEMBERS ON) that while jovial jests are ok over broadcast, any calls of cheating or spawn camping are best for the accusing players to tell their leadership about..........and the two leaders can send tells to each other and work out and figure out who offender is BY NAME. If the defending player is asked to back off a spawn point................and it was agreed not to spawn camp, then that leader should publish in REQUEST channel for all his members to PLEASE BACK OUT OF SPAWN POINT NOW.........this way both teams see he/she is making an effort. Within your own SG window, figure out who is doing it and give them a warning and sometimes it is necessary to redirect a team to a diff location in base.[*] Its nice to make sure you have assigned team leaders who know their team and their jobs during the raid regardless of you being in the attack or defense.
-
* IoP RAIDS (Not live yet)
[*] Items of Power Description An item of power is stolen from Rularuu the Ravager. It gives all members of the SG a very low % buff in an attribute (damage, XP gain, debt gain, psychic damage resistance. You can be raided at any point after you get one based on a schedule. You set up a time when your SG is going to be on which is when your base can be attacked. This is to prevent what would amount to theft in the middle of the night. THIS IS NOT ON LIVE YET; THIS WILL PROBABLY CHANGE.
Item of Power Screenshot
Item of Power Screenshot 2
[*] Item of Power MISSION or RAID
<ul type="square">
[*] MISSION: You need: A SG Mission Computer, a Raid Teleporter, a Vault Room with the placed item "Item of Power Base" (this is where the IoP will go when obtained), and 6 Anchors and of course power and control to run your teleporters and mission computer. The Anchors hold the IoP in this reality once you get the IoP. Each room in your base can have only one; the Vault Room and Entry Room cannot have Anchors in them. This means the minimum base size to hold an IoP is 8 rooms. Once ready an authorized SG member will click on the mission computer [Thanks go to Lady Sadoka for this part]. The oracle gives you the option to 'Open the path to the Cathedral of Pain trial'. This selected, it gives 'Ask about available missions', which leads on to 'Steal the Item of Power'.
[*]When this is selected, a 60 minute timer starts. Everyone piles into the raid telepad. You can have up to three teams of 8. You enter a region of the Shadow Shard. To open the portal into the Cathedral, you need to destroy three Psionic Resonators, large obelisk shaped structures. These are in different parts of the map. Their names are Gloom, Woe and Despair.
[*]Each obelisk has a group of Rularuu close by, under a cubical Hellraiser puzzle box like thing, and a flock of Natterlings around it. The obelisks are shielded and immune to damage. You have to defeat the nearby group of Rularuu to bring the shield down. The trouble is that the Rularuu respawn, bringing the shield back up. You're unlikely to destroy the obelisk before this happens. The Natterlings also heal the obelisk if they get a chance. You have three teams, one at each obelisk.
[*]Obelisk will rebuild itself after a short time. That means you have to go through the whole defeat beasties - drop shields - repeat process again, which takes a variable amount of time depending on the team. So, just as one team destroys Woe, Gloom could be popping back up. This will take up to 55 minutes of the timer.
[*]When all the Obelisks are down, you head to the portal, and a cutscene takes place in which Rularuu the Ravager makes angry noises about thieves in the temple.
Inside the Cathedral of Pain is one large room with three groups of Rularuu in, left, right and middle, and an Aspect of Rularuu (archvillain) in the middle group. The Aspect can trash almost an entire team in moments, but pounding the hell out of him can bring him down. Trial complete , the Item will be transported to your base. If you win this mission you can be raided. THIS IS NOT ON LIVE YET; THIS WILL PROBABLY CHANGE.
[*]IoP RAID: You can also get it by raiding another SG that has more Items of Power than you. You can only get one when you do this if you win. At this point if you get your first one by raiding someone else, you now can be raided yourself. This will be based on a schedule you set. This way they cant sneak in your base while you are all offline. THIS IS NOT ON LIVE YET; THIS WILL PROBABLY CHANGE.

Section 1. Raid Mechanics
<ul type="square"> [*] Raid Setup:
To do a raid (instant or IOP) you must have the following rooms/items in the base.
ONLY INSTANT RAIDS ARE AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME
[*]1. Vault with IOP base placed
[*]2. 6 Dimensional Anchors 8030.00 hitpoints Screenshot (Cannot be less than 6)
[*]3. Mission Computer
[*]4. Power and Control (combo unit might be fine though at least a mainframe and basic generator are recommended--the oversight center though does not accept an anchor and is 3 x 3 area. Not sure if this works out.)
[*]5. To attack you must have all that and a raid telepad. Potential that even as a defender you need a raid telepad (I need to test this)
[*]6. You need minimum of 8 rooms (6 of which are functional rooms that can place dimensional anchors in)

[/ QUOTE ]
[*] Types of Raids
Instant or IoP
[*] To do an instant Raid:
Time: An instant raid lasts a full hour if the attacker does not succeed and the defender wins.
To Begin: 16 SG members can Join for each side. THEY MUST BE IN YOUR SUPERGROUP. COALITION MEMBERS HAVE TO DROP THEIR SUPERGROUP AND JOIN YOURS AT THIS TIME. AFTER RAID THEY CAN GO BACK TO THEIRS.....IT SUCKS.......but there ya go!
MAKE SURE YOU ARE IN SG MODE FIRST! If you wish an attacker to attack your base in an instant raid they will send you an invite like this: /RAIDINVITE NAME HERE. You will see the raid invite (though it may accidently go to ANOTHER one of your members (its a bug), and if they are not authorized to accept base raids in the permissions fields they cant accept it.) Click OK. It will then say RAID BEGINNING IN FIVE MINUTES in giant yellow letters that everyone sees.
THIS PART IS IMPORTANT : When they see the raid beginning, they all click SUPER, RAID (bottom of SG window) Then they will see a pop up window that they click JOIN RAID. If they cant join, keep trying, hit refresh, if this doesnt work ZONE OUTSIDE your base then REZONE in then try again. This normally works. Once you see all 16 joined (in that same popup window) you are set. If everyone doesnt get in it is your choice as a leader to continue with who you got or RETRY THE WHOLE sequence over.
Once everyone is joined and Once the LONG five minutes has gone by another message will pop in and say YOUR BASE IS NOW VULNERABLE. At this point no one else can join the raid or come in your base.
The attackers will get THE ENEMY BASE IS NOW VULNERABLE. They will use their raid teleporter to get to your base and they will zone in a random DOORWAY as a group. Then the killing begins.
Victory Conditions: An attacker has to destroy five of the six anchors by either physically destroying them (which is VERY difficult as they have MANY hitpoints) or placing a raid pylon. Once the hour is up, the defender wins if the attacker hasnt won. THE RAID PYLONS CAN BE PLACED IN ANY ROOM TYPE, ONE PER ROOM.
To Craft a Raid Pylon: First go to your tech or arcane basic worktable and using one tech power and one tech material OR one mystic foci and one mystic element you can craft one free of charge. It will appear in your temp powers. You actually set down on a knee and place it. This item can be destroyed by the defender. You can craft them from your attacker base during the raid and try again.
Spawn locations: The attackers appear as a group in random "Doorway" rooms. If killed, the attackers respawn in the hospital or their base and have to come back through raid teleporter. They can also be rezzed in the base just like anywhere else. Defenders respawn in their base hospital (if there is an intact, powered rez ring) or in the relevant zone hospital. In the latter case, they must then run to the base portal to get back into the fight.
Destructable items: Many items are destructible, there are some that are not. The ones that teams normally go after is your power generator, your anchors, and your medical reclimators (which force you to spawn outside in a hospital and run back to base)
RULES When IoPs come out ..I hate to say there probably wont be any if you go through hell to get an IoP with your SG. However for Instant Raids or friendly raids with friends there are a number of rules you can agree to based on your decision.
<ul type="square"> [*]1. No Spawn Camping. This is one of the biggest things that pee people off. Nothing worse than spawning in facing 4 Elite Guns, 16 SG members that are all aiming at you and you are dead before you even zone in. (There are ways to defeat this, but in a friendly raid??? Commme on ..bad stuff. An effective leader will control his people. HOWEVER THEY MAY SPAWN IN ON TOP OF YOU. They need to give you time to move your guys out after the initial blood lust subsides. Let calm heads prevail and let them rezone in peace.
[*]2.Raid Pylons ..this is up to both groups. You can win a match in under 5 minutes especially in a big base by going INVIS, going with Multiple purples or ELUDE type powers and then split up and hide and drop your pylons in any room (one per room, you only need 5 to win) that has clutter and they cant find you. The defender CAN destroy them however or interrupt you dropping.
[*]3.Bad language or Taunting, you can set this condition so only leaders use chat and leaders work out accusations.
[*]4.Use of Jails. Using stacking techniques you can make an enclosure where you can teleport someone inside. STUCK will not work for them to get out so only with recall friend can they. They can be put in there for the whole match almost like a hockey penalty box giving you more numbers vs them. This is up to both leaders if they like or hate it.
[*]5.Nukes, Inspirations, Shivans, Temp Bots ALL Up for consideration.
