    The purple pet chance for build up proc, slotted in fire imps each of them have a cance to fire it off for themselfes every attack or what?

    Second the purple gravitational anchor chance hold proc that goes in immobs, does it make the same tesla cage animation when it fires as the devastion chance to hold proc or what?

    Short version: Sleet becomes unavailable once hibernate is used and the no phase timer begins and doesn't work till it's up

    long version: I was playing with my friend duoing and I just picked up sleet as my 49 power on my dom, I'm about to die so I hit hibernate to regen my health then when I'm done sleet is unavailable until the no phase timer runs out.

    I wasn't sure what was happening at first it would just go grey and unavailable even though it was clearly recharged but then the second time it happened I noticed it became available at the same time as hibernate became available.

    if you random roll you still get what ever lvl you are IO or the highest possible if it doesnt go that high, if you want excact level you have to buy it outright with the merits.

    My account this one here I let lapse for 167 days had both stuff i was bidding on and stuff I was selling. The stuff was worth about 400 million so I was kinda worried. I came back all my stuff was purchased and sold with my infamy/IOs waiting for me.

    So ya everything should be on the market when you come back it was for me after 167 days.

    It only mentions Praetorian content up to 14, side switching doesn't have anything to do with praetoria so I think just wait and see if I can switch. I'm gonna buy GR for i19 but this might mean I just have to buy it alittle sooner if any toons get stranded or anything wierd like that.

    Ok I just had this problem myself(like just today) so I hope I can be of some service. Same excat errors I was getting.

    Ok when you are going threw the install process once you get to the part where it ask where you want to save it ie C:/program files etc in there somewhere is gonna be like titan somethings or other, take that out of the save line and continue it should work.

    Let me know how it goes.

    Ok I got what you mean. Though I am a sucker for bad movies though, I liked both the First Street Fighter(yes the one with Jon-Claude van dam) and all the mortal combat movies and Mario Bros I kinda liked also but that just may because I was like 8 when it came out and you know kids. I can't comment on Plan 9 from outerspace though never saw it.

    I think cause I am just such a huge spiderman fan that I was so highly dissappointed with it and how they basdardized it and Venom. Lets just agree it's the worst spiderman anything ever done.

    coulda been worse? LOL I lovelovelove Spidey and number 3 was about the biggest piece of crap with the name spiderman on it. The coulda so easily just followed the story from the 90's cartoon version and it woulda been pure GOLD.

    I look forward to the reboot cause I really like the actor that's gonna play Spidey alot more then I ever did Toby. But of those 5 actresses the only one I really like is the one that played Alice in Alice in wonderland.

    On a completely unrelated note about leveling pacts... do you actually lose out on EXP for yourself if you are in a leveling pact and solo while the other is offline? I always see "EXP is to be divided by leveling pact" but someone said something about it being doubled....then divided... or somesuch.... does this mean you get the same amount of exp even when your partner is offline as if you weren't in a pact at all? I was under the impression you get less EXP unless both parties are there as a price for convenience.
    On your unrelated note yes you lose half your exp whether your partner is online or offline. I have done a leveling pact with a rl friend before and broke it by 38 cause I just lveled like 4 times as fast as him and I really felt the drag.

    Awwww! that's what the purple means I just thought it had something to do with alignment or something. Good to know.

    Some of those are really bad ideas.

    Grant fly has grief all over it, it's already a pain when someone turns on group fly and the whole team in synch says shut it OFF! I would hate hate HATE this buff and I have a fealing I wouldn't be the only one.

    Splitting hasten in two powers? Why you asking for nerfs? This would not go over well.

    Phase shift as PFF clone but 90%res instead? Your already phased 90%res is useless unless it's for pvp and good luck getting the devs to do anything for pvp lol.

    Placate is way to an OP power for just any AT to have. Never happen.

    The rest seem ok.
