Mine is Lightening Rod.
I just got it for the first time over the weekend and, although I knew it was going to be good, it exceeded my expectations of awesome.
I found myself using it on groups that really didn't need it and for a while I would just use it if it was recharged when running between missions just to see it.

I don't have experience with any of the powers that you listed, but they all sound like a lot of fun

I didn't see anything specifically required, but I have all my buffs/debuffs from /cold as well as freeze ray. Saw mentionings of bionukes, though - is one required?

Today I was running the aura arc and when I returned to the City Rep the last time the 'Earn A Cape' arc was available instead of her just saying peace out.
Puzzled, I clicked it and when I got to the mission it was a different map filled with Rikti.

I figured, at first, that it was just due to my character's level, but then I got to this room:

and was all, "HEH?"
Then there was a Hero 1 hologram and then a mission to retrieve a letter from Hero 1's memorial that the Rikti stole.


I haven't played since mid-October, except for logging in once in a while and not really doing anything. So, my question would be: is this new-ish, or did I just completely miss it when it was new?

I'm contemplating making Justice my new villain home and I was wondering how the villain population is here.
I have studying to do tonight, but I was planning on transferring someone over and checking it out

the fire/ta corruptor that I've wanted since cov came out <3
elec/regen & spines/elec scrappers
They're all fantastic and I enjoyed playing around with their power colors ^___^


I haven't done too much on my existing characters yet, but I logged a few in and was happy to see the badges that they got thanks to the lowering of requrements
Oh, I also respeced my fire/sr/dark scrapper in the fire/sr/fire that she should have been, and am loving it!

Berlin - they were kind of big in the 80s; you'll probably recognize the song Take My Breath Away, from Top Gun (not going to lie - not a huge fan of that song :x).
I'm in love with them. They're one of my favorite bands and their cd, Love Life, is my favorite cd of theirs. Luckily for me, seeing as their fame had died out by the time I was born, Terri Nunn and a new band are still touring and making music. I've had the joy of being able to see them live 4 times so far
