"Taking over even a small nation completly like that would take some serious extra firepower. It will not be possible to get complete control with just the domination of the ruling government. I am rather sure of that... the country has to be forced to surrender.", Elizabeth says with a grim face.

"Still it is possible... I suggest a small country not too far from Paragon City, so we are able to keep a close watch on the activaty here... and travel back and forth... Haiti or the Dominican Republic comes in mind. Both countries are already in chaos and the general population of the world can stay oblivious from our take-over."

"I already have some familiars in both countries on high places. It will not be so hard to get control of the ruling dictators. The army would have to be convinced by the public show of weapons of mass destruction. That as it may be... we all know where to get weapons like that!"

Elizabeth looked around for a moment... letting the suspence increase... Still slightly uncomfortable sharing this much of her plans.

"Gentlemen, I suggest we gather nuclear and biological missiles in Warburg for that. A lot of them... if possible. They will give us some leverage."

"Then increase our influence in the country of our choice from the shadows..."

I can see this grow in more interaction rather easily after the meeting produced some results that involve actions of the participants... Even actions in Siren's call, Pocket D or something so that real interference is possible.

hmmm.... would be nice to see some responsable RP within a pvp zone.

As is LORD will play out the characters and set up a solid base...

"I don't care about individuals... I was talking about genocide. And more out of alliance then for myself. Just as I am against genocide of the human blood rescource.", Elizabeth looks around the room.

Elizabeth looked at Borealis with some renewed respect. "In this I have to agree on most terms with you good sir, Borealis it was... wasn't it? I have lived in most countries across the world now. My... needs... always tend to end up in such an unhealthy situation that I had to relocate. This I wish to stop!"

That trick is sooo much fun in battle... Setup all pets while team mates attack.. then let them tp friend you inbetween the melee.. instantly place all zombs in bodyguerd in mid battle.

From the shadows a bit in the back Elizabeth had watched and listened to what the others had to say. Sipping the blood in her glass like it was an age-old wine. Thinking of ways how to use an alliance like this to her full adventage.

The thought of treating some of them as eaquals repulsed her deeply. Especially the, what seemed to her, robot and the unmannered oaf with the split personality. Still, she saw opportunity in this.

Drawn from thought by Romanov's gesture she lifted her head, looking at the beings around the table trying to pierce their thoughts with her cold blood-red eyes. Slowly and with grace she stood up.

"I walked this earth for over 400 years and I have slaves in high places everywhere by now. That being... I am sure the power I crave is within my reach... even though it might take another 100 years." Liz said adressing Bazini directly. "The last time I trusted someone was with Stefan, only months after he became Recluse. He betrayed me deeply and I ended up imprisoned."

She pauzed for a moment, her eyes flaming up with hate while her nails left deep cuts in the wood of the dinner table... looking around at the others. "I will not allow such betrayal again. And I will not trust any of you ever completly. But I would like to speed up my revenge. And it looks like it that an alliance like this can do such a thing. We would be like a dark illuminati... as our combined influence is obviously greater then any. Combined we have an army bigger then that of Arachnos."

"As for total distruction of our enemies... I can't deny that I was not able to destroy them myself. The greater forces of juicy heroes stayed out of my claws, as did the elusive Ghost Widow and the man now known as Recluse. Only a fool would ignore that fact. So I am willing to set aside my pride and give this alliance a chance." Elizabeth says with a look as if it was a great sacrifice from her admitting this.

"Those are my thoughts... gentlemen... ms. Bazini..." She says while sitting down again.

Elizabeth raises an eye brow... Intrigued by the proposal... Still... did the woman really think she was not able to wipe out her enemies alone...

Anyway.. it would speed up the process working together. If the terms are right.

Elizabeth looked at Hatesman mumbling something that sounded like "Unmannered barbarian!" while carefully testing the blood in her glass for potion.

As I was Seabreeze 'other' we can arrange this soon enough...

Uebermensch - lvl 35 tanker invuln/super str

Slowly, the old clock in the room inches closer six... and with each stroke of the clock mist is forming within the room, coming from underneath the door... Like a thing alive.

The dark mist takes on the form of a woman... vague at first but with extremely blood red eyes showing. While the form takes shape it shows how the woman looks like. Long reddish hair... young but with an expression of age years older then the body would show itself. Dressed in a black dress. On her neck hangs an amulet of gold embedding a blood-red stone in which a demonic face is vaguely seen. The red eyes not showing any form of emotion.

Now completely formed and solid the woman slowly opens her hand and throws a card on the table. It is one of the invitations sent.

"I am the Countess Báthory Erzsébet... but you may call me Elizabeth!" Elizabeth introduces herself. "I am most eager to hear what you have to say and if it is interesting enough for me to stay." Elizabeth says while sitting down. She notes that her chair had specifically been served with bottles of blood, instead of wine.

"Bottles of blood. A good hostess. Your delivery girl also, was a delicious gift." Elizabeth says while the balding butler fills up her glass. "I hope the others will not take long. Even though I am immortal, time is precious to me."

Base is also build to reflect this roleplay while being completely practical in use.

When joining ur are required by lvl 6 to have a basic background bio of youre themed character (thats suited to the court) and by 20 a fully made bio, if help is needed to make one-just ask anyone.

The court is still being lead by the one who originally started it up only 17 months ago and is just recently lifted to rank 20 on UNION in prestige. We are a friendly adult and responsable group of players even if our looks would suggest otherwise.

Coalitions include: E.V.I.L., The Council, Violators, Vampire Lords, The Undead Legion among others

btw.. I have a mystic base and I just placed it in my dungeon/Sanctum Sanctorum setting. It s easy in place there. No need for any fancy stuff

see it as a magical item that is being tech manipulated

Place it a tad by itself surrounding it my file cabinets.. (the large ones) give it power by placing heavy cables and junction box on the wall right next to it. Place stackable counters there.. with screens on it and server racks.

Few tech lights in the ceiling.

Now this will look as if you technically control a mystical item you got youre hands on.

not pvp-ed that often.. but in an arena fight even in solo... a stalker was not able to kill my necro mm. Perception is high due to tacktics and the pets taking over that ability when within range. Tarpatch and hover makes it very hard for him to get close without losing hide.. and if he hits me... most are dark stalkers... and dark energy defence is high on Shadow fall... If I survive its one go-kill-attack button away... and he really has to run for his life.

Only a very well played stalker get me in one-shot.. most manage to get close to me in the air and buff up with lots of reds to really one-shot me. If I dont die.. they are [censored]. My regen is buffed to the max using IO's and I will come back hard.

agreed.. I can't descide for my friends .. so I would like to see friend list on default ' hidden' too.

just plain fun.. Cool that it is finally being used. Its often these kind of small things that a community enjoys lots. Making more people join up.

Ultima Online already had a feature like this.. years ago.

I soo loved this idea that I made one myself some time ago. It took me a while to find the perfect look though. So I found a model that dit her best to be inspired by Elizabeth for the shoot. It made the perfect look.

Haven't taken it of since.

Maybe I come across some other faces for my alt s in time...

/signed on the beds (I currently make them as huge 'play' beds using a raised tile, a diff floor patter, lower wall borders and a color scheme. I get a lot of responses on them. Especially Liz her bedchaimber as it has red 'blankets'. But he, she's a bad girl anyway.

/signed on the one-tile deco room too. But they will not look good without doors.. And because of raids, that is an exploitable think. You can block stuff with it.

I know that Ultima Online already had a working chess board... was waaay cool. And that was years ago.

You go by the idea that Bathory Erzsebet... a 400+ year old aristrocratic vampire with her own base of operations and full court filled with vampires, zombies, werewolves, ghosts, demons and mad scientists is actually not having an agenda of her own and will fully follow Recluse. (she will not even call him 'lord' if she can help it).

Lets just say she keeps a reasonably low profile and fit the ... what you might call... out and out crazies corner.

Can't wait till coh/cov merges. bases for all to access... and more people trying out villains as they get the game anyway. Lots of members started out on heroes and just never bought villains because they had enough on what they had. This will infuse the villain side with a lot more creeps fr me to take control over.
