and hey presto i know that the last spot isnt for you. i can then move on and fire out the next one.

i try and not fire out 2 when theres only one spot. this method means i (and another six people) don't have to waste our time hoping that you are thoughtful enough to reply in a sensible time frame, if at all.

keep the team full, keep your contacts up to date and the missions ticking over and after a week or so you'll get some repeat customers and people will be asking you if they can join.

using that system most nights i can run a full team and have a couple waiting in the wings.

i suggest that we be able to see but not access some cozzie bits from the outset (capes, auras etc) and noone is interested yet in that other thread someone says they want access to an aura from level one and everyone agrees!

i think that there are some fantastic unlockable bits that we don't see enough of because when finally unlocked they end up on 'the other cozzie' as they don't fit the theme.

i quite liked that idea of being able to view all pieces as a vet reward. i'd be happy with that.

I suppose that could be useful if you wanted to use it so that you could see everything that can be unlocked...I meant more so I could design my cozzie in full.

I've designed cozzies in the past where I intended on using a cape. I hit 20, get the cape and it looks rubbish. So I end up just leaving it as it doesn't fit the look.

Just change the cozzie I hear you cry. The cozzie, the name and the bio all go together. It's too late, that's my signature.

I would simply like to plan from the word go what my hero will look like by the time I get all the bits for said cozzie.

Thank goodness for that. Balance is the key, without balance you'd just be sledging on your bottom.

I'm all for leaving the unlockable/buyable bits as they are. But lacking any power of imagination it would be handy when in the cozzie creator to see, as I'm designing a cozzie, whether or not my overall design requires specific capes/weapons etc.

Perhaps on the cozzie creator have the locked pieces greyed out yet selectable. If you attempt to enter the city with a greyed out piece it becomes highlighted on the menu?

I'm sure there are better ways of setting it up. It's the end result I'm after.

I've played mace before and assumed it would behave kind of like the similar powers in that set. If i'm reading correctly it should.

If thats the case then it's well and truly broken (at least with shields)

Possibly relevant possibly not - it's shield/axe...just on the off chance that it's only broken with shields.

Trying out axe for the first time and i'd like to double check if its broken or not....

The detailed description on the enh screen for swoop, gash and beheader states that they can hit 5 targets max yet i haven't seen any of these powers hit more than 1 target. This is despite being well slotted acc wise and the target foe being surrounded by other foes.

Either axe is bugged or the description is wrong?

Anyone got an axe char that they can confirm or deny that this is the case?

as bad as this sounds it matchs up with alot of my experiances to the point when i get a problem on the eu servers unless its huge i tend to ignore it and keep gamin, but similar things i would ignore here i wouldnt think twice about sending a peition for over on the us servers

Poor show to hear that other people have had similar experiences. I was hoping to find that I was in a minority.

My sources tell me that in the not too distant future there will be some kind of merging with the US (although unclear what form that will take). And although I'd never wish redundancy on anyone I will not bat an eyelid when I no longer have to rely on the EU staff for any assistance required.

The other day I was experiencing some minor lag, nothing that wouldn't clear up in a mo. No biggie anyway as I was just doing some tidying up on a toon. I selected blackwand from my vet rewards and there was a pause....then up comes a mapserver dc message on the screen for about 3 seconds....then it vanished and I was back in business.

Unfortunately I was back in business with a nemesis staff.

I sent a message to support explaining the problem. I got a message back the other day saying that there were no mapserver dc's registered against my toon and that they won't be swapping it for me as they don't rectify player mistakes.

Mistake?!?!?!

Obviously when I experienced the problem and sent the message to support I was drunk/on drugs/lying/unable to use a mouse. What other possible explanation could there possibly be?! I can only apologise to the support team for my gross error of judgment.

I think that takes me up to an average of 1 in 10 responses from support that have resulted in an outcome that I would describe as remotely useful.

My PC needs a right good boot up the backside so I'm opting to just reinstall everything.

I understand that certain things CoH related are stored at my end ie notes, ratings etc. (is this correct?)

Where are these stored?

And is there anything else CoH based worth backing up before I wipe the lot?

Limpets story i think is also my own favourite. It was my
first attempt at a crossover. I could have made it more

That was a bit of an unplanned fluke to be honest. I was in
the middle of taking some screenies with him when i came
across a fire in steel and decided to take a break and put
it out. The backdraft took him out and as i was about to
head to the hospital a friend of mine arrived on the scene
and i asked her if she'd mind TP'ing me there instead.....and hey presto!

Glasgow Kiss was a tough one. I had done seed as just a
basic story, i had done oats thinking seed was too serious
and wanted trying more humour, bass was an attempt to
portray someone psychotic and limpet someone innocent yet
dangerous. With Glasgow i wanted to try and raise my game
a bit so attempted to do a story with 2 levels. Still not
entirely sure if it worked but then i wasnt entirely sure
what i was doing. It's suppossed to be a simple story
about a young woman becoming a superhero in wartime
Glasgow but its also suppossed to be the nativity set in
present day. Hence her son is born in a stable, three
heroes turn up guided by 'North Star' and Galaxy Girl is
almost in the shape of a St Andrews cross etc etc.
Theres plenty other clues in there, i'll let you find em
yourself
