My PC needs a right good boot up the backside so I'm opting to just reinstall everything.

I understand that certain things CoH related are stored at my end ie notes, ratings etc. (is this correct?)

Where are these stored?

And is there anything else CoH based worth backing up before I wipe the lot?

I'd backup everything in the folder compare it to the 'new' install and replace any missing elements, But than I haven't really got the Tech knowledge to answer your original question!!!

These are stored in the folder with your username, screenshots are stored in the screenshots folder.

AFAIK the folder is entirely self contained. Any Registry references are superfluous to the game itself or will be re-written. If you have a spare HDD or external one copy the hole folder off and back on.
