I would just like to say thanks to everyone who has made this game as awesome as it has been for me, for over 7 years. Like anything, there were ups and downs, but i have loved it and had fun here every time i logged in. While Justice was not my original server, it IS my home, and forever will be in my heart. So many wonderful people here and such a great community! i look forward to teaming with you all somewhere in the future. I have no idea what i will find game-wise, but i feel it will never compare to this one.
If anyone keeps up with the Lore of the game and such things as what the plans were for new issues, please let me know as i would like to see what could have been. it may be slightly harder for me to keep up with things by myself since i dont like to be on the computer for extended periods of time (other than 2xp weekends), and dont do facebook or twiter.

sadly, i have many plans and ideas that i am working on, and i realize that some of them may not get finished. but there are 3 things that may be within reach in a 3-month period...
1. i would like for my badger to get as many badges as possible (she's currently at 1290, i think). she mostly needs pvp/arena badges, and Mo-itrial badges, along with a few others that got left out along the way;
2. a 50 of each of the AT's - i have 8 of 14, leaving 6, two of which i havent even rolled
3. 50's that have names that start with all 26 letters of the alphabet (no fair changing my current names). i have 17, so that leaves 9 (5 of those are already lvl 25+)
i know its a lot and i am going to try and do it all, but if i do, i do and if i dont, i dont
the final thing i would want to do is get my original toon (and global namesake) Gibraltar to 50 and possibly incarnated, but he is on Champion so that is another story (cant get that name on Justice )
if i were to be able to accomplish that, i think i could look at my time here as very successful. and on 11/30, if the game truly shuts down, i may just have to do the one thing i said i would never do in-game - move my original 50 to Justice (long story). Though Champion was my first home, but Justice is my best and last one.

Will Infinity get some of that Protector love also?

How many recipe/ auction house/ vault storage/ salvage slots does a VIP start out with, if they have not purchased any from the market? I have purchased some of each before but dont remember how many, and dont want to waste or overspend Paragon Points when i may only need one or two of them.
Or, alternately, is there any way to view what I have bought from there? I know i can log into my master account and see if and when I have received or bought Points, but not what i spent them on.

Hmmm... I like this thread! The only thing I don't see is anyone questioning the "mysterious writer". How do we know he's not the baddy, trying to undo all the good that others are doing to prevent that inva-- er, Coming Storm? Personally, I don't think the letter-writer is the bad guy; I think it's the Dream Doctor, founder of the Midnighters (check out the note he left behind when you are earning the Midnighter History badge). He can travel through dimensions, time, etc., is concerned with the Rularuu and such, and could probably track you through time. My second guess (and way more unlikely) is that the writer is Dark Watcher. His bio says he wandered through alternate dimensions for decades, and its possible he has seen what future may occur, and is dealing with it outside of Vanguard. All of this is pure conjecture, mind you, but it would be cool to be right!

Thanks for all the opinions/advice/feedback! I experimented with a couple different ones, but Mind/elec actually seemed good to me. Perfect part of that is it fits my toon's backstory well!

Thanks for the input so far! I was leaning toward Fire or Dark as a primary from the beginning. How is Pain Dom as a secondary? It looks like it is more team-oriented, but that's not necessarily good or bad.

Let me first say thank you for any constructive advice or input you give. Now to the main point of my post: I am thinking of creating my first redside toon, and Corrs (or maybe Doms) I think would fit me best, so which of the primaries and secondaries are good, and which are bad? By good, I mean able to solo but still be team-friendly, and fun to play at any level from 1-50. I like damage (my favorite debuff, if you call it that), but with Corrs I like the fact there is a little support there as well. So... suggestions of good sets, good combos, and/or sets to stay away from at all costs?

Since I finally decided to look here to see if my problem was only with my account, game-wide, or otherwise, I'm glad to see others have had the same problem. At least your problems have been resolved... I haven't had such luck. I haven't received a vet badge since August of 2009. When the one in November didn't show up, I petitioned. Then waited patiently through the holiday season, as I didn't expect full staff at that time of year. I petitioned again in January and only got the same old generic email response. Repeated that process at the beginning of February and again over this past weekend, but still to no avail. Well, now that I've had a chance to rant, any suggestions? Or consoling words?
