Justice Bucket List

The end of the universe in sight, DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!

I was just thinking "Man, there were so many arcs that I've never actually done, and so many unfinished projects... As well as many things I don't think I even know about in the game!"

Maybe, instead of lamenting what we never got to do and things we never finished, we could share a few of our CoH bucket list items here, and maybe help each other make them happen.

So, what do people want to do before the end of times?
What final projects can we help each other out on?
What TFs and Trials or raids did people never get a chance to participate in?

Do you have a favorite story arc you want to run one more time? Do you have a favorite arc or TF that you want to recommend to others?

My goal has always been to get a level 50 on each server. But dang it, I got sidetracked on Justice leveling toons and doing stuff with all the great folks here. I DID however get invovled coordinating the Tanker Tuesday Tour and used that as my vehicle to continue my quest for a 50 on each server (now they were going to be Tanks instead of other ATs). But the alore of Justice has always been too strong for me and in my "off coordinating hours" I continued to create and level Tanks (and a few other ATs) here. I now have many Tanks on Justice and the bulk of them are 50s.

My "bucket list" is to finish leveling the two Tanks that aren't 50 on a couple other servers (when I'm not here, playing on Justice).

I've played on all the servers, and I must say, Justice is the best and I'm proud to call it my home server.

My only unfinished goal is soloing Lusca. Other than that, I'm at a loss as to what I want to do in the time remaining. I've got a level 12 Fire/Fire Brute that will probably be my sole project until they pull the plug.

I'd be willing to help just about anyone do just anything they havn't done in game.

It's too bad the devs have no access. They should turn on DXP permanently and gift everyone a ton of recipes, influence, threads, etc. and activate all of the holiday events for the final few months. Also, everyone still playing should be awarded the VIP badge, paying or not. :P

I want to be in a Villain Hamidon Raid. If I can do that, I will be able to feel a little solace in the final days.

Finally get my girlfriends Defender to 50 (been playing from beta till now)

FemFury is only one badge short of having all the badges she can possibly get at this time, but it's The Really Hard Way.

I'd love to get that, but not sure if it will be possible in current environment. And I'm trying to remember when my VIP was supposed to renew. I might lose access to Trials before the servers shut down...

I think there might be one or two of the newer storyarcs I haven't played (Trilogy, the latest SSA), so I should get those out of the way.

Other than that, after 8 years, I think I can say I've just about done it all in this wonderful game. I should be content with that sense of achievement at some point, once my sense of anger and loss over CoH going away finally passes.

Maybe I should take people through my Mission Architect storyarcs, see if I can get my Dev Choice up to 999+ plays. I once had a plan to "tour guide" teams of people through that arc, and pay everyone a 1 Million INF "storyarc bonus" at the end of the run. Considering INF has a time limit now, I doubt that bribe would get people to give up their limited time, now....

Going to try and get a Dr. Q done for the first time for me.

Count me in to help out, rangle. Ive never done one either.

I just wanted to say thanks to you and all the rest of my Justice family

I have several Blasters at 50.
I have two Scrappers at 50.
I have one Controller at 50.
I finally got my day one Defender to 50.
I'd really like to get my Tank to 50 so that I can round out the original 5 AT's.


Yeah, I've even teamed for a few things since the announcement.

I just get so disheartened as I start playing that I can't last very long.

sadly, i have many plans and ideas that i am working on, and i realize that some of them may not get finished. but there are 3 things that may be within reach in a 3-month period...
1. i would like for my badger to get as many badges as possible (she's currently at 1290, i think). she mostly needs pvp/arena badges, and Mo-itrial badges, along with a few others that got left out along the way;
2. a 50 of each of the AT's - i have 8 of 14, leaving 6, two of which i havent even rolled
3. 50's that have names that start with all 26 letters of the alphabet (no fair changing my current names). i have 17, so that leaves 9 (5 of those are already lvl 25+)
i know its a lot and i am going to try and do it all, but if i do, i do and if i dont, i dont
the final thing i would want to do is get my original toon (and global namesake) Gibraltar to 50 and possibly incarnated, but he is on Champion so that is another story (cant get that name on Justice )
if i were to be able to accomplish that, i think i could look at my time here as very successful. and on 11/30, if the game truly shuts down, i may just have to do the one thing i said i would never do in-game - move my original 50 to Justice (long story). Though Champion was my first home, but Justice is my best and last one.

Bionic Flea is sitting at 1383 badges. I want to get as many as I can before I go out. I need The Really Hard Way, the PvP rep badges, and the last damage badge. I think he also needs the First Ward Arcs and 2 others to have done every available arc.

I also have a stalker at 41 or so that is a Praetorian native and I want to get him to 50 there in Praetoria. Stalker is also the only AT I don't have a 50 of.

In an effort to help others realize their characters' ultimate builds, I have started selling everything for 1 influence. I have a lot of stuff and others are doing the same. The prices in the market are quickly collapsing. I am also available to powerlevel players or to complete whatever tasks they need done.

As to what to do at the end, I thought that an old school Hamidon raid would be a nice way to go out. Having the last 200 players on Justice beating up on the goo would be a fitting way to go. But since we can't get more than 50 characters in the Hive and it is restricted to level 45 and up, I was wondering if a Rikti Mother Ship Raid would be a better end. This game started with a Rikti invasion, maybe it should end with us taking the fight to them.

And Mari, I couldn't think of a better person to be leading that final raid. I would follow you to the end.

I still hope to get the 3 pvp badges I need (100 rep, 400 rep, LB gladiator), Eye of the Storm and Master of Minds of Mayhem, and will have to work on the damage taken badges.

I will be also playing my Staff/Fire Brute to 50, and I may go ahead and pick up Water Blast and take that to 50.


That's mostly it for Justice. I play on other servers too, so I'll be working on projects and whatnot elsewhere. But whenever I can if I see the right action happening on Justice, you bet I'll be there. To get badges, to help others, whatever I can do.

Five minutes before the servers go dark, I would like to:

1) Assemble as many players as we can under the Atlas Statue.
2) In unison, have them all do the Grief emote.
3) In unison, have them all trigger Self-Destruct.
4) Log out for the final time.

My main goal for this game was to complete every story arc, TF, Trial, & Event in this game & collect every badge. Now my main will be forever stuck at 1391 badges.

My goal before this game ends now is to get all my remaining alts to level 50, which is currently at 21 toons. I'd at least like to get one of every AT to 50, it'll be tough redside due to lack of teammage there.

I'm parking my main in the Matrix room til the end.

I have a SJ/WP Scrapper that I would like to take as far as I can. I was "saving" this one for a bit later as I beefed up mu incarnate powers on my 50's...so much for that idea. So I'll be jumping in whereever/whenever I can. Will probably log in as my main that last night as he was my first toon and my first 50.
