I've got a dominator, he's level 29. I can never get a team going so I then log on as someone else! I need to get him up to high levels ASAP!

Rest becomes the most pheared powah in PvP!

I wonder if heavily slotted rest will regenerate enough HP per minute for a tank to taunt a mob, then rest in front of it to tank? Would need health and interrupt enhancements in it. :P

How would you attack? i think rest means that you can only use powers that affect yourself.

I'm thinking of making this Brute, I've played it to level 12 so far and it's quite fun! I'm a bit worried about my power choices come level 22+ though. And I'd like to hear your thoughts about various powers. Some powers I'm a bit fence-sitting on. (Grounded, Lightning reflexes) and would like to see some opinions on this:

I am totally undecided about my patron power pool, so left it blank. I'll think about that closer to level 40. :P

IIRC, originally, the buff length was only 15 minutes. Unfortunately they didn't stack - so the buff length has been increased to a whole hour.

I'm planning on making a DM/Elec Brute, Going to skip Shadow Maul for now, but will DEFINBATELY pick it up later, it'd be a great power to clear a swathe when your fury is built up very high. I'm not totally sure about ToF - as I plan on using Electric Aura in the higher levels to keep some DoT going. Tentacles seems a bit of a naff 9-tier power TBH. What powers would you say are skippable from both sets?

Repel is only good if you want to play a game of "Repellion" in Galaxy City... Or troll bowling in The Hollows.

Otherwise - Repel is a bit too situational, it's great for continually knocking a boss/EB/AV into a corner, and reasonable in PvP for the small detoggling chance... If you wedge people into a corner, but it's far too situational. Beware the end drain too, Repel is also quite counter productive, moving everything away from you that you require to buff yourself with. Again, can be gotten around by the handy useage of scenery, but I stand by my side saying, it's far too situational!

I'm afraid I'm going to have to pull out of this one. A quiet time at home playing CoH has been disturbed by my mother throwing an impromtu dinner party! I might log on later in the evening, but I definately won't be able to make a start time of 7:30 folks!

Count me in: I have two Heroes who need to do Citadel:

Robo Einstein - level 30 Kin/Elec Defender.
OR
Gonwyth d'Wind - level 29 Warshade.

It's your choice really, I'd rather have Robo Einstein come along and do this, but I should be there at 7:30 tomorrow! woot!

Ah, my bad then. Seems it's rather limited in PvP use then, if I do a PvP respec then, will probably replace it with a stronger immobilise than the TA version. Or AoE immobilise... hmmm.

My Kin/Elec Defender is soon to hit level 30, being a late bloomer, he's weak damage wise. But really, transference IS THE BOMB. And I can't wait until I can pick up fulcrum shift.

Short Circuit - slot it for as much End Reduction as you can, this'll be your main attack. :P Use Transference as well to drain more end, all my attacks have at least one slot in them for End Drain.

Kinetics is a late bloomer, but really, in a team earlier today. My team were whooping at me because I was, well, tanking. If you can team up with another Elec-based blaster or defender, Short Circuit means that all enemies are drained from their Endurance when you both set SC off. No endurance for the enemies means they can't attack you! Kin/Elec is very fun to play and can be soloed in the late 20's, definately.

The figure I got from Flash Arrow is actually 20%.

Also, is Flash arrow handy in PvP? Will it make you "vanish" if that's your first attack on another player?

Yeah, the fact we all spawned in the same place is a big big big bug. :P And a very annoying one, we didn't have a chance to do anything before getting WTFOMGPWNED by the villains.

I'll copy Laustin d'Woods over and Choppendown d'Woods so we can switch between them depending on the side.

But at the same time, if there's excess presteige in the bank, as that goes down, so will the rent!

ah, sorry, I didn't make myself too clear, the thing is - I really wanted to know how you plotted those camera commands in the first place! With the spiralling and going this-way and that-way and such. :P
