Yet further on in the thread the question of how Twilight Grasp and Transusion will work, since they both debuff the targeted foe, is raised. Does this mean that the debuff will override the "AoE Heal will not root" rule so that these heals instead root you during animation? -

My main is a scrapper with regen. I would definately take the following powers from regen set; Reconstruction, Quick Recovery, Dull Pain, Integration and Instant Healing. The rest are marginal ones and upto personal preference.
But the 5 stated IMHO are necessary to get the most from regen, especially if using regen with a stalker...if you take dmg and you will, then you need to minimalise the effects and be able to recover faster.

Yes, giving you double Mez protection for the duration that both PBs are active.

Not for PvE, unless you're fighting heavy Mez groups.
It's not needed much for PvP either, but it helps and gives SR an edge over the other scrapper secondary sets.
2 recharges are usually all you need, and then you have Quickness, for it to be perma. -

Whats with the stun duration? They shouldn't be standing long enough for it to matter, and I don't think its worth slotting for. You've got your 2 acc and 2 dam, might be better to use this slot else where.

Bit late for one of your main attacks? Needs another Acc, and either an end redux or recharge.
Personaly, I'd ditch Repulse, move Energy Tranfer up to 26 then Total focus up to 32, get them ASAP.
Oh, and move Build Up to 16, Hasten to 8 and Placate to 12, or do that and move Build Up to 24 and Entropy Shield to 16.

And even then Wet Ice and EA give slow resist, so you would only be using it against very stong slowing builds like Ice/Rad or Ice/Storm, or if you were to be detoggled of Wet Ice and didn't have EA on. -
If you want the Controller style of Support I would say -
For your primary:
Earth, Mind or Ice, Fire
For your secondary:
TA, Rad or Storm.
If you want the Defender style of Support I would say -
For your primary:
Illusion, Gravity, Ice
For your secondary:
Empathy, Kinetics or Rad
not 100% certain, but its just how I feel at present -

If you're going to snipe most of the time, then /Dev is really the way to go, for Siren's at least. Yes, it doesn't have Build Up, but since you're sniping, you should use Defiance to its maximum, which will take you closer, if not to, the damage cap of a blaster.
@Tyl - The AR Snipe has a range shorter than most other snipes, by about 20yrds or so, IIRC, but Slug (I think) has a base range of about 95yards, and with 2 ranges in it, it can get to the 150yrd range that the AR Snipe has for its base. -

They are visable but I'm pretty sure they aren't working (well tornado anyway) the same as they were before... can't quite put my finger on what the difference is though...

There are two parts to the Tornado, the first part being the actual funnel of the Tornado, the second part is the ring around the base of the funnel that shows the debris from the Tornado's interaction with the ground.
Now, the first part is more or less still not visable, there is a slight hint of it in the GFX of it, but at first glance its just not there.
The second part is visable, so you can see where the Tornado is but not the funnel of the Tornado. -

Yes Web Grenades are Immobs, and yes PB gives Res to Immobs, but once you're hit with a Web Grenade you can't Fly, even if you aren't Immobed or slowed.

Quickness provides Res to Slow, so even without run/fly speed SOs Web Grenades wont do that much so an SR. -

Only slot I have left is a level 2 defender, who is part of a concept SG, I can delete, as its part of a concept SG, the name is already there more or less so souldn't be a problem. Just need to make her now.
I hope we can stay in our SGs. -
Use SB when you want to, not when you feel the team needs it, you don't have to give SB out even if you have it, you're the one who chooses to use it or not.
Basicly, stopping being so nice when you play, if you don't feel like SBing the team, then don't. I may sound harsh there, if so, I apologise.
As long as you're happy playing fire/kin this way, then thats all you need. If you aren't happy, whats the point in playing it?
Might want to add somthing to your description about your playstyle too. -
How many have you got so far for this? I'm thinking of giving it ago.

I wonder if Scirocco's pet is worth taking for its heal?
Guess it wouldn't be much use in team PvP but might be handy in 1Vs1.
