Hmm thats easy for me.
Lady Arete will be the first that gets the alpha for me (I wonder if the villain verson of the arc is different or if it is the same).
And then Cyrene.
Respeccing... oh dear, no Idea yet.
I guess LA will get the respec first as we get 4 new powers (since we will free up 4 powers through the fitness pool) to play with, but I do not think they will get any new slots (I want to keep them in the powers they are for the set bonuses.. thank you very much). -
I have a feeling I'm a tad late, but here it goes.
I've included Lady Arete and Cyrene (I still need to work on a ref sheet for her).
These two are friends. Lady Arete is a sorceress, Cyrene is a mutant singer. The two outfits of Cyrene (Cy for short) are the normal hero outfit and the outfit that she will transform towards (minus the aura I think). The green outfit usually appears when she is in a spiritual/temporal place, like Croatoa and Cimerora.

My condolences to you Kheldarn and your family for the loss of your mother.
Love and caring seems to be a foundation in your family and that tells me your a fortunate man.
There are some things we are helpless against, this you have experienced now more then some of us. Take solace in your family Kheldarn and cherish them (as I have the feeling you do) and together you will emerge stronger and more tightly knit (I believe). As you said you will have to go without a part of your life, but you still have the memories.
(Thought I'd write more but I don't want to make a sermon. I just wanted to express the thoughts I did get when I read about your loss.) -
Unless there would be any chance of inviting players as the raid goes by, then the suggestion of making it Instanced would kill any raids on Union server (EU), maybe even for all EU servers.
Then again, unless the team leaders could invite to the instance...
or a new raid system would be generated. (I can see it now)

Raid leader could be able to custom name the team of the leaders and we could have a flagging system that team leaders look for:
Ranged damage, melee damage, hold power, debuff etc...
New chat channel for team leaders and raidleaders.

edit: another thought. They could use a system similar to the Warhammer online public quest rewards.
All those that have spent time in the zone, whom have been active around hamidon, doing damage, healing, stunning, tanking.. etc... could be given points.
Those points would be used for the computer to recognize whom should get the reward.
Only problem is, to get the reward you have to hit Hamidon during the final phase (I think), if you do not then no reward. And it is often during the final phase that some goes DC...
But it sucks that you loose the reward your entitled to after being in the raid, just because you miss out on hitting the big jello. -
Yes, first successful CoP for me.
It was a sweet victory, since I've been with Tsu and Soul on several attempts where we faced big Purple and could not beat him.
Victory was our this day and it was sweet.
Well done Union.
We managed to debuff him and the groups understood the importance of defeating the cube spawns quickly.
Thank you for the early warnings of cube spawnings Tsu. I think that helped rushing people back to their cubes. -

Finally we will be away from the lag infested problem server located pipeline that was Germany. (No hard feelings towards our German players)

Well can't win them all, however the migration is a good step towards the great community goal (one community).
Will we see a server list merge as a christmas present (or near future) Avatea? -

Make certain there is some scheduled events the day before or something where the players that want to participate in CoP has as you say a chance to get their HVAS.
Also encourage people to GOTO Bloody Bay and get their shivans.
My idea though for the blasters was the following:
The tanker in each team prepares him/herself to jump into the cube spawns, then Taunts. One of the teams blasters jumps in and nukes. The rest of the team mobs up.
If the team has 2 blasters then one of them (designate this in team before you go) holds his/her nuke until the next spawn. I say this, because some blasters have quicker recharge (due to slotting) then others. This way we know we have a nuke ready for each Cube spawn.
When we fight the Purple AV, we should as we have done so far let all ranged stay outside of the hurricane's reach. Only problem here is that we loose some damage (but less then having people rezzing, not hitting, held [insert proper state] ).
If each player with a Hvas and/or Shivan manages to spawn their pet(s) just before Rularuu is vulnerable (and make them fight aswell), Rularuu being hit with Howling Twilight, just before his shield goes back up, and generally gets debuffed like crazy...then we have a good shot at taking down the big Purple.
But it all comes down to how fast we can jump from the middle to each of our cube and take down the cube monsters. The faster the better.
Players could remember to simply count to 45 when Rularuu is vulnerable, cause that is the time we have to make dents in him.
If players also do not play in first person mode, then they also have a good chance of seeing when the cube spawns starts to well.. spawn.
Perhaps just after the weekly mothership raid, the raid leaders should remind people that if they are going to attend the CoP... buy that big HVAS before they leave the zone?
Last thought (as it is late): I was distraught to see the HVAS not attack properly. I had to run behind or past Rularuu so the Hvas would follow me, then it would attack.
Previously the bind made for masterminds, worked with the big Cataract in RV, I seem to remember (maybe in error) that it also worked on the HVAS. So I was shocked that it did not.
The problem lay in that when I then returned to my HVAS and the rest of the raid force... the big lunk of metal (many of them) would stand silent, non aggressive behind the rest of the ranged players.
If this is a bug then I hope it gets fixed pronto, if we can make a bind that works for the big lunk, then we should find it. -

Lady Arete: So it is you... YOU I have to "thank" for being alive. You are... the God (*******)' [looks me up] 'You believe it is funny messing with peoples life? You know I've never been much of a believer and not sure I should start now, but I'll ask you "WHY?"'
Me: [incoherent babbling as I'm under a holdl and truth spell]
'Oh well atleast I am strong, beautiful and a chance of immortality in the long run. Even though you put me on [censored] learning curve. I guess I should thank you in the long run. I may hate you, but I hate the Circle mor... hang on. You made the story, thus you are the one who really killed... [Fire starts to glow from her eyes and a ball of fire starts to grow near her hands]
Me: 'oh.. oh'
At this point Cyrene shows up.
'Heya Lady, who is that one? Remember we are the good guys?' [she speaks with a soothing, calm and beautiful voice]
Lady Arete looks at Cyrene before saying: 'Oh, only our, your, my creator!'
Cyrene looks dumbfounded: 'Umm.. what, say again?'
Lady Arete: 'Alright deary. We are both just characters in a game, a simulation a world... this person created us. Who we are, who we where, our deeds, our powers... our lives. All of it!'
Cyrene gulps: 'You mean all the times ah've tried to get a boyfriend and they started getting mad... this one was behind it?'
Lady Arete: 'Yes'
me: [oh oh]
Cyrene: 'This person is why ah' never can loose control over mah powers?'
Lady Arete: 'Yes'
Cyrene: 'Even ... even the time when mah voice was taken away from me, mah kidnapping, the years ah've lost, the humiliation?'
Lady Arete: 'Definitly that one'
Me: [mutters afraid]
Cyrene: 'ARRRGH you... how could you.. you.. you... ' Tears emits and she sees i'm held and she starts pouncing on me. 'How could you .. you monster!' [Followed by lots of sobbing]
Triple Kick (part of a triples set I created with two other players): 'Where are my sisters?
Choir of the rest of the alts: When will you play us, why do you keep us forgotten?
[me breaks down crying as my heroes stand before me ready for the kill]
However at this point the walls crumble and my villains (oppertunistic bastards as they are) stand there. The mastermind and her cohorts and robots screen me from the heroes and kidnap me.
Amardin (my mastermind): 'Right Human, if you want to continue to live, you're going to need protection. You know us well enough and we can help protect you from those "heroes". You just have to do a little few favours.'
Me: ummm okaay? What would those be?
Amardin and her gang looks at each other and laughts: 'Create us better of course, but nothing of that Going Rogue thingy, you hear! Remember what happened to your heroes. Just let us continue, make us stronger, create some more allies for us, use your imagination... You know you want to!'
She gives me that smile and I know I'm doomed. Sorry world, in the end I hope my heroes can forgive me and hope they can save the world...

Hmm, neither of my chars would be God(s). The share idea of playing a living, personified God aka Creator of universe, balance of the universe etc... is just to mindblowing and frankly too much of a responsibility (for me or any of my chars
).
However being an incarnate of something/someone, an avatar, a human that crosses towards the divine, like a Heracles or any human in the myths... that would be different. (Even though Heracles became a God after alot of what he did...)
Playing a God in a game, would just be a big turn-off for me (now that is said). My main character Lady Arete though would be the one that is closest to incarnate status (already), due her her having tapped into a Phoenix power. So any I-19 stuff, I'll just have to add to that
My other char Cyrene... not going the God route. However I'll use it for her continues mutation or rather her becoming...
She is becoming something of a nymph near lake, or dryad, mostly due to her already talent for singing, healing through song and control over plants.
I do like the concept of characters becoming even stronger and I look forward to see what all the Incarnate choices later will be about. Even how different our characters will become through those choices.
One thing I want to try when I-19 hits us is to let LA be part of the TF where you "have" to be an incarnate and see how far I actually get (or if it is possible) with my current build. -

I really like the newest one from Rhardo of Caemgen. Something is in for trouble or a world of pain. That is atleast my impression of his look.

Don't think there is any way to transfer that stuff to another account, but do ask Support about that.
There is a little map feature now that helps you find that last enemy or mission object. Usually a red or white arrow.
Some of the maps are... as you say, but I think there is a change coming to them (I could be wrong). For me though, I've done the maps alot so when the team comes to the big room with several floors.... ok, lets start at the top and move down. (or start from bottom to top).

The way I heard it was that it was used in the end to find the top farmers or players, thus spamming them for "Plz invite me" or something.
That was back in the days when I was working for the Leader badge (2 billion). I did get a kick on seeing if I could best the farmers by taking out alot of CoT's.
There might have been another reason, but that is the one that stuck in my head. ( I miss the kiosk info) -
Hmm make a new zone?
Imagine this:
Either Portal Corp, maybe some Astronauts (moon or further beyond), explorers of the deep deep sea or some other group have decided that they want to explore a strange new world. They enlist our heroes, and they go through the portal/shoot up in the sky with the ship or something.
This group has already set up the basics, spearhead base, for further expansion.
The contacts in this base will give out various different missions. All missions will advance the spearhead base or "Real" base through the players missions, and most importantly the players decision on what to spend materials/benefits from missions etc on.
Example: Do we need to make a barracks to train npc soldiers (For protecting the spearhead base, or this might add extra npc's to help in the mission later), or do we create a scientist station (for higher quests, better items/recipes etc), or any other kind of building?
What I'm thinking is a hazard zone really, where the choices of the players will be able to have considerate consequences for the exploration team. If the players mostly go for science or rewards for themselves, instead of say more security or development of the base, well the exploration base might be overrun and all sent back to primal earth.
Que take two where they try at it again, from scratch!
The zone would have plenty of new critters (alien type) and mayham style things... aka possibility of destruction. Oh yes and one of the defending items would be... a big laser cannon, for when the big big GM size critters want to throw us out of the zone. And robots!
For rewards I would have some nice recipe/enchantments, various new base items, costume parts and merits.
Depending if the base actually survives all that the npc environment throws at it (and the players) the tiers of reward from missions, critter drops etc would go from 1 to 5. (With 5 being purple maybe incarnate stuff) -

Although when you mention it, I did try to write a novel or a short story with Lady A in it (Was still in the opening bit so far from finished). Starting in Perez Park on the memorial date of a certain day in Lady A's life. I wonder if I still have it after I swapped PC's. -

I miss BaB, it was good being able to talk directly to a lot of Devs.
I'll remember him for being one of the Devs that spoke most to the playerbase and I can sort of imagine him sitting near his pc, his whip in his cubicle, animating on his spare time (During an issue where he had little to do)... "Walk"
Bye bye BaB, it is Paragons loss. I hope you get an even better job where you can grow even more in your skills. I hope the others that lost their jobs will find equal or even better jobs.

Well, yea, I think I got more of a writer in me, although only on hobby basis.
I've not written much in CoH, only various stuff for Roleplay and thus mostly for my second character - Cyrene.
I try to create a novel, but that novel has been on hold for some time. Due to writers block and me wanting to create the mythology and history at the same time as the current story (while missing and wanting to create a map).
I so hope I can manage to bite over what I'm chewing or trying to chew -
I wonder why I now want to look at Men in Black 2 again...
