  2. Im trying to figure out the same thing as the other 2 mention as well as what r u trying to go for. You have way to many slots in lot of your attacks that r not needed, your end usage is way above what u will get back, with out attacking you will be out of end in no time at all. You have to decide if you are going typed def, or positional. If you are going typed the ones u have to look out for is s/l/en/neg first, then the others. I am looking at your def and u have a few over the sc for normal, and including incarnate SC which is a bit over kill. You do not need maneuvers but if u want it so badly same with focus acc both r end hogs, and u under slotted them for end. Those 2 right there is what is killing your end.

  5. Wow lot of things here that I would not do IE Maneuvers is a big end hog, I wouldnt of taken it. Like blood said it is killing your end aswell. You can SC easy with out the leadership pool. Th gaussians in build up is more for positional def then Typed def. The 3 steadfast is a waist for u do not need the KB prot and u can get the bonus for it else where. The glad procs are hurting u as well takeing up extra slots where. This is how I would of done it.

  7. First off focus accuracy is a big end hog, I would of put some more end red in it. Dark consumption is over acc cap switch out efficacy adapter acc/end mod proc with end mod, or end/end mod proc. Your dark regeneration is under slotted for acc. If u switch out the recharge with the acc, and switch out the theft of essence with a touch of nictus acc/end/heal/hp reg it will also help u with the rule of 5 since u are over it with your max end 1.8%. I would also find another slot to put in another KB prot since you r sitting at with only 4 KB prot.
  8. The Player Event Resource Committee would like to thank all of the base builders who entered and completed the Design Challenge - Disaster Base! Each and every one of you surprised and amazed us with your skills, creativity, and commitment to your design. This was certainly not an easy contest and it was a true pleasure to see all of the bases come to life!

    Just as a reminder, the base builders were given a base with an entryway and one 3 by 3 room. They had 200 random items of "wreckage" that had to be used to complete the base and 50k in prestige as "disaster relief funds." Bases were judged based on creativity, use of the "wreckage," cohesion/theme, difficulty, and overall aesthetics.

    I have seen lot of SLAMs where temp powers dont work in and u will have trouble getting over the wall sometimes. Not to mention there is other places for certain badges where temp powers wont work. As for your build not bad but there is some things I would change in it. Maneuvers is a big end Hog for little back I would switch the LoTG def, for the Def/end/rech to help with that. You will still be at SC for incarnate content ( even though with all the buffage u wont really need to hit it). I am looking over your build to see if there is one slot out there where u do not need to try to get some more end red for it but I really do not see one.

    Wet Ice is a defensive power, you just can not put any def into it though. But it dose give u 1% to your over all def.

EJI the only things i would say to your build is switch out the res proc in mind over matter with the end proc for better end usage, and not over the cap on res, switch out the taunt proc for acc/rech for the same reason. You will noticed that both the taunt, and res in those 2 are in the red in certain areas.
    To the OP EIJ said it best when he said to his/hers taste and I totally agree with them on this point. The build I did for you is what you wanted in your build so that is what I did with what you had. I only switched 1 of your powers to get it sooner. But you can take what both me and EIJ did to your taste.

  24. Well for 1 purples do not give u much end red, 2 sometimes u can get better set bonuses with other sets. Not saying do not use them it is just me. This is what I would of done.
