invul/energy tank. my build a thing of the past?
First thing I saw was Endurance consumption, man. Your toggles are KILLING your Endurance bar, with it only being about 1.69.
Given the drawn-out nature of a lot of later fights, I'd try to push it more around 2.5ish if possible. That really does make a difference, even though it's +0.8 end-per-second.
That's the difference between turning two to four toggles off, if you wanna think about it that way.

As BP said, your toggles are absolutely NUTS.
There's also the fact that you're pretty much completely Single-Target-centric. That's kinda bad for crowd control.
Here's a quickie rework. I yanked SuperSpeed (you already have SuperJump) and Maneuvers (built right, you don't need it).
The powers here aren't really chosen in any particular order and can be moved around so they're more advantageous and organic.

Wow lot of things here that I would not do IE Maneuvers is a big end hog, I wouldnt of taken it. Like blood said it is killing your end aswell. You can SC easy with out the leadership pool. Th gaussians in build up is more for positional def then Typed def. The 3 steadfast is a waist for u do not need the KB prot and u can get the bonus for it else where. The glad procs are hurting u as well takeing up extra slots where. This is how I would of done it.

Here's my build from when I used to play...That was like 2-3 years ago now.
How's he look. He wasn't the best around, but he was more then easy to survive and hold aggro for his teams.
Is he still in the upper echelon of tanks or has time made him weak?
