I find your definition terribly restrictive.

Since we never saw the original overwhelming list I put Pistols and Pulse Rifles in the portion that was moved to "Oh god that'll have to wait".

    MORE POWERS!!!

Paladin's can't use the helm of disintegration.
  3. Would the tier 3 be more effective on huge supers?

It's prolifiration...just not the "easy" part.
  5. I think having the foes marked on the uncovered portions of the map makes as much sense as having the map in the first place RP wise.

The market fees are to help drain inf from the economy.

    MORE POWERS!!!

Ummm could you try thinking up some actual powers and not be so vague?

As soon a P.P. swing MM outward we'll see a new energy rifle set and pistol set for awesome powers.

    POWER CHOOSING

Because there is no AT in game right now that has a primary melee and a secondary ranged attack set.

so, I have a question, 3 part, A) vils gonna ever get useful powers from proliferation? B) Vils ever gonna get auto-inherent powers like heroes? C) Brutes gonna be made viable in PvP team play again? Gonna add to this, when vils gonna get treated like heroes? Oh, btw, I have plenty of heroes, so no heroes talk smack like I'm ignorant for this post. Get sick of asskissers who complain about vils, as it is heroes won't come outta RV hero base till they got a 3to1 ratio, I laugh my [censored] off about that when I play my heroes and they drone and drone until there's a cpl vils then all 30 heroes charge.

    a) They said they wanted to share all powers sets among ATs that they make sense for. So any set you see on hero side that can logically fit on an AT villain side should show up when it's all done.

    b) Auto inherent powers?

    c) lolPvP
  12. I hate the mobs who stand on those girders and just watch you run past.
  13. And for those guy above you you heard em walking about.

If you still don't like it you could turn off the markers.
  14. I'd say its just good simple open communication.

I also use the definition of blind invite that means "An invitation to a team sent with no information about what you are getting into".

Just because a store has a help wanted sign in the window doesn't mean you get the job for walking in.
  15. He might have a UV light and weight set in that box.
  16. Years of field experience has helped you sort out ambush points and likely hiding spots.
  17. I hope GR has all sets proliferated.
  18. I know...and if he had read the first post in said thread he might not have realized it was talking about his idea.

Now I see he not only did he not read the post he doesn't care to try and check the status of his ideas before posting and therefor fails.
  19. They should totally program the NPCs to think stunned and sleeping players are less worthy targets.
  20. There's always the chance this OP read the first post and went "A costume maker would be nifty but what about a planner!"
  21. While not always accurate I've found some significant correlation between how well a person can express himself to how much I enjoy teaming with them.

To this end I use the first contact to decide if I should join/stay on a team or wait around. If the first message I see (team chat or private) is lacking over 50% of the vowels required to be translated into English I say "na nay no".

While I do accept invites without a preceding message I don't think being set to LFG invalidates a request for contact first.
