I didn't think of Cryo Freeze Ray, that fits much better than Beanbag. I'm not sure about Ignite, the fear effect is going to really limit the usefulness for a melee toon. Even if you hold one target to attack with it it's still potentially causing fear in other enemies near you.
Weren't the 5th selections added when the Devs wanted to remove a few powers they didn't like but were in use causing more options in some sets that they are ironing out for parity purposes? -

Trying to make the updater behave like a torrent would be a lot of work and would piss off a lot of people due to potential security holes.
Having a second distribution channel hosted through torrents is more practical but it would require a larger download since the devs would need to include an installer for the patch with the download. -

Comparing Aegia only support to nVidia support really opens it up.
If the option is those two choosing nVidia PhysX is a good choice. -
