THE ANSWER IS NO!!! accept it and move on. that is why we can create alts.
This is one of the few things the devs have said they will never allow in the game.
I thought they said it was so unlikely to happen anyone betting on it is a fool but not no.
Note: Do not stay up till that late/early in the morning posting. It's not good for your longterm health.
I know this by personal experience...it makes you tired, not think straight, and do things you regret later...

No.
I wouldn't mind seeing the ability to change a powerset MAYBE.
But all we need is a blaster hitting 50 then thinking he can change to a tank and be good at it.
