I was quite annoyed about the stealth nerf to MoG too. I used it to tank against Carnies and Countess Crey, ya think I don't know it had Psy defence? The only reason I used it was so the damn carnie bosses couldn't sap me and then kill me with their psy powers and it actually made Countess Crey miss me the entire time it was on.
Oh well. I'll go enjoy my Mastermind. -

I probably did about 500 points total between Sister Psyche and War Witch. I had Darkest Night running on War Witch for a good 20 minutes or so, until they all vanished on us. -

I loved fighting against War Witch. Even if she did cheat and somehow manage to completely fill her endurance bar after casting Blizzard.
I got some sweet pictures of her and Sister Psyche. Have a picture of Synapse mid-whirlwind (which he did ALL FREAKIN NIGHT). -

It does help. What it doesn't help, is the lower damage and lowered resistances, people are gonna have cause of ED. While the enemies still do just as much damage, hit just as easily, and have their damage resistance, unaffected.

Actually, it'll be easier for them to hit us. Defense from powers went down due to ED as well. As well as Accuracy debuffs from them. -

Speed boost won't do squat when 6+ of these guys all lay down quicksand on you at once. Believe me, I found this out last night... -

I don't think it would counter it well at all. I solo'd Terra (ruh roh, scrapper admitting to soloing an AV, bring out the pitchforks!) and the XP from her defeat didn't match the debt I got for the two deaths at her, er, appendages? I don't think the mission complete even cleared it, but it's been a couple weeks so I could be wrong on that. Terra was 40, I was 40. -

If players are on a mission map, they always receive their full shares. Theres no distance limitation. Teams can split up in maps players can be separated by elevators everyone receives their XP.

Does this mean a Kinetics defender who, say, Speed Boosts the entire team, lands a FS and maybe a Transfusion, gets caught in an AOE and faceplants in a battle with a Giant Monster or AV in a door mission gets xp when the Giant Monster or AV goes down 70 seconds later or not? Statesman's response looks clear, but then looks confusing.

And what about the same scenario when fighting a Giant Monster in a Hazard Zone? Speed Boost, Fulcrum Shift, and Transfusion do not deal "damage", although Transfusion could be argued to cause "damage" due to doing END drain, so lets take that out of the picture.
Say the Kineticist uses Speed Boost and FS and then drops due to AOE. Not an unlikely scenario given a particularly aggresive Kinetic playstyle. Hopefully, there would be a rez from another Defender or Controller available, but if not, that Kineticist is going to stick around to see the outcome since there's virtually no way to make it back from a Hospital in time. Giant Monster goes down 70 seconds later. What then? 70 seconds later, the Speed Boost they used is still active on their team. It's a two minute buff.
