  2. I have a 4870 with the 9.12 ATI driver and my CoH flashes to an unplayable state... i will try a roll back...

    edit: there is a hotfix for 9.12 that solved the problems. Find it at guru3d

    for the primary, I vote for Illusion Control.

    Sup Invis or Group Invis is awesome. Deceive and Blind are great ST mezes. Spectral Terror is available on every fight. Oh, and PA = win.

  5. Black Scorpion has an +Defense Armor and it is probably your best bet. With so many VEATs running around, you can reach the soft cap with good teaming.

    The others are just ... well, just worth for the unique animations
  6. Well the toon i tried to do has never done the KH TF... And didn't work as i said..

    I'd do it because 9 badges > 2 badges (10 times the victor + final KH TF badge)
  7. Hello people,

    Yesterday i was playing and this badge-hunter controller joins my team for the ITF.

    I usually check the character info screen to see Biography, powers and badges and in that case i realised he had ALL the badges from 1 time the victor up to 9 times the victor.

    After the TF i go straight to Croatoa to get my badges too (i am a badge hunter as well) and when we kill for the 9th time i left the team (the team didn't appreciate that, but the badge-hunter within me was stronger...) and when i leave the map the badges where gone.

    I tried to search around in-game and on the forum but I could not find any answer, so here i am asking: How do i keep those badges after leaving the KH TF?

  8. My Ill/Rad is perma-PA and i am having a blast with him. He is too strong.
    Seriously, i soloed countless AVs that don't have high Psi res (i really liked kicking Lord Recluse's *** )

    Now, please, get mutation and recall friend.
    You have the best invisibility of the game and you can stealth any boring mission straight to the end (useful in long TFs), and Mutation + Recall will save tons of time in teams.
  9. My Current build. I am a miracle:+recovery away from completing it, and it is sweet
    59,9 seconds to recharge PA, and they last 60s, so it is perma. Actually, everything is perma, except IW, which is 0.8s away from.

  14. I have a 4870 and apparently, no Antialiasing is being applied to my game, either from in-game or from CCC.

    Any suggestions ?

    by the way, if i force AA from my CCC and then in-game i switch from off to 4x, which one is applied ?


    edit: I figured it out. disabled Boom, DoF, AA and AF and set water to low, like Billz said, and then the AA from CCC got applied.
    It is really weird to turn AA from the in-game from off to 4x and the it actually disables it =P

    I got a 4870 along with a Core2Duo E8400 just yesterday and i am really not impressed with the graphics on this game.. come on, i just played Far Cry 2 !

  17. Because you can slot procs, a pure proc build is not effective, since you will lose the main benefits of the power so you might trigger a proc, that most of the times wont have a good use.

    What's the point of having a Mag1 Hold/Stun proc on some powers?

    Snap Shot Has a BuildUp proc but you have no source of damage to use that build up. Actually, all Build Ups will follow that rule. End Drain is useless, so is a weak self heal.

    Flash Arrow has a damage proc and will generate aggro if it fires, not a smart thing to do.

    Ice arrow and Dominate are Hold powers, not damage ones.

    Acid Arrow's debuff is great and that slotting is not making it reach it's potential

    Aim without 3 recharge? seriously?

    Force Feedback: +Recharge is bugged. Also, Explosive Arrow is lousy.

    Put Recharges on Oil slick Arrow, please! it is ok to put damage procs on it instead of Damage. Achilles Hell is good here too.

    Do you REALLY need a snipe on a trick arrow? Feels like if you have time to shoot it, you aren't doing something else that would help the team better.

    EMP Arrow doesnt need Performance Shifter, since it will give the endurance to the target.

    Interesting the amount of damage procs the World of Confusion can have.

    Edit: I miss my proc-a-zon from Diablo 2 =/
  18. I once had flash + em pulse.. flash was okay after some slotting, but EM Pulse has a -recovery that is just killer on a rad (mostly because of the toggles). I eventually respec outta of it.
