Howdy folks, since purple recipes can drop from any mob i assume that includes bosses, do bosses have better drop chances of recipes than other mobs? (and thus by extension also of purples?)

This has probably been suggested before but, i think it would be great to have an offline version of the MA Editor - which would basically consist of the interface you get when clicking the MA computer and would check with your installed CoX client for the necessary files (such as the mobs, placeables, etc...).
Although i'd even be very much willing to live with an editor without the visible parts
It's a thought that has often crossed my mind when the servers go down for maintenance (being in the GMT +1 timezone that generally means they go down around 2-3 PM for me >.&gt.
It would also be great for people with portables, that way they could still work on their missions without requiring internet access.

Heya folks, i just wanted to check if i got this right - the chance for a recipe to drop from a mob is checked per person right? Or does someone getting a drop from a mob exclude someone else from getting one?

Since there are lots of different kinds of defense bonuses i was wondering how they work?
For example there are bonuses against Ranged, AoE, Energy, Smashing, etc... bonuses - what would happen with attacks that belong in several categories (For example a grenade, Smashing/AoE), would the highest bonus count, or would the two stack?

For some reason a few of my characters can't scroll through menus in game (like the recipe inventory, market screen, chat, etc...).

Heya folks, when choosing a specific IO from the merit rewards vendor i noticed you can select the lvl of IO, now the question is... if i scroll back to lvl 20 and select the Numina + Recovery IO with a lvl 50 character - will i be able to get a lvl 20 IO for my 200 merits or will it simply give me a 50?

I just noticed it lets you slot PBAoE damage sets!
Now i'm tempted to 6 slot it with an Obliteration for all the nice defense bonuses >.>
