I have a MA/regen and BS/regen now. If i have to make a choice i only left Spines out because of its hideous looks. Playing a scrapper is entartaining experience. Try all of them. They look cool, not clumsy looking like tankers. They have good fxs not like defenders' or controllers' eye disturbing fxs. I feel like they are clean cuts of the ATs.

I can hear you. I make same combo with AS+Levitate with Psy-knight. With good holds of mind i can put 2 other out of fight with Mesmerize and dominate then have fun with the 3rd. Maybe i can kill the 3rd one more quick with Mes+Lev+Dom chain but it is less fun.

Heh i was thinking about it when i played with Knightly Defender. Sometimes when you don't have a tank in your team you can tank with your PFF.

If you have spare slots yeah it can be good. I also planned to put one in Dispersion Bubble or Invisibilitiy. It is for fun after all. Try it out, if you don't like it respec if you don't like the concept throw a new alt.

For FF side you need only 4 powers, one(Personal Force Field) is already forced on you. Take 3 defense bubbles; Deflection Shield, Insulation Shield and Dispersion Bubble. and you are ready to go. Also for little extra control you can take Force Bolt, a quick recharging attack with good KB. Detention Field is a phase power, most players find phase powers annoying. Repulsion Bubble and Repulsion Bomb kinda useless and Repulsion Bubble is an end killer. I never used Force Bubble but from the description of it, it looks like it can be a life saver in some situations.

I was planning to do one but later i came up with the name of Bubble Pop Electric (okay i was listening that song) and make it a defender again.

Actually, while people are entitled to their opinions, when playing City of Heroes and Villains, they are not entitled behave unpleasantly towards others.

I would strongly urge you and anyone else who experiences any homophobia in-game to /petition each incident immediately. Such behaviour is a violation of the EULA and will be treated seriously by our GMs.

I have a question about this situation. By homophobia i guess you mean insults. Or is it cover other situation. Like, lets say Hero X is forming a PuG, invites heroes from other zones. When everyone come together he/she saw one of them is member of this sg and say "You are member of this SG and i don't want you in my team". Is it violation of EULA? IMO You can't force people to play with others who she/he doesn't want to. Of course this is my opinion but what laws say about it? Just curious again.

Hmm on the other hand this kinda situation can divide ppl into camps. Anyway i shut up and waiting for an answer.

Thanks guys your answers fun to read. Okay i give up my foolish obsession and will get stamina. But on very late levels, like 28 or 30. Because i like the idea of whining.

Look for post in this section and you decide. All sets have their own up and downs. Also look at the guide section. iirc there was a post in USA forums about comparing tanker primaries.

I am also new to tanking too. And after little research i decide to build an inv/em tanker. I can say inv down side to you, no psychic protection. But i think other team members easily cover that weak spot. EM is so so offense set but there are so many inv/ss tankers so i choose EM.

Uh oh,looks like my plan failed. But i think after the TA, FF is the most end friendly set. Before fight you can bubble up whole party and rest after. In fights you can only have to keep up DB and refresh the existing one on the others. If we think end stingy, you can only DS to melee characters. With some end red slotting maybe it will work. I wish i can say i will try it out but end problems probably show themselves after lvl 20, i don't plan to get her lvl 20 so soon. I have enough toons to lvl up for now. But when i get her to that lvl i will let you know how it will turn out.

Okay any bubbler ever used Repulsion Bomb. The only power from the primary i left out of my build. From what i understand the explanation it is soo situational and kinda useless power.

First of all this idea is discrimination based. You're, as a [censored], doing it to yourself. Hidden Healer has a point. We are here to play a game, enjoy company of others. Not advertise our differences. In some point people came to me and suggest we should start a Turkish SG. I will say what say to them; "If you want something like this so badly, go ahead. But it is wrong to categorize people for their nationality, sexual orientation or gender..."

In short yes I am a Turk, yes I am a homosexual. So what? These are not who or what i am, these are parts of me, making me the man i am. You know they say whole X-Men thing related the homosexuals. If this is true what you're trying to accomplish is not the way of Xavier, more like Magneto.

If people give you trouble because of your sexual orientation, send a petition. But forming a SG for this not a good idea IMO. If you need company, come join us. Blinding Steel iirc very close to Psy-Knight and Bloody Wail in levels. I was teamed with Queerman as Knightly Defender so his level must be little higher. But please don't make discrimination while you are hurt by it.

I slot Lightning Bolt and Ball Lightning for damage (2 acc 3 dmg) and only Short Circuit for EndMod (1 Acc 3 EndMod 2 Rchg because I can stack it with Transference's end drain). The end drain from the other attacks is too small to be worth it imo (I don't know about the nuke since I don't have it yet). And don't expect much +end from any of them, so think about it if you're planning to skip Stamina.

What i was thinking when choosing secondary. Well not the side effects, only concept. This lady has set of gloves and boots that give her power. So i directly leave Sonic and Psi. Archery and Dark doesn't fit with the concept. So this leaves Rad, energy and Electric for secondary. I think the best i have is electric, with little control and end drain (for concept reasons i will try to leave stamina out too). So probably my attacks will be slotted like 2 acc + 2 end mod + 1 dmg + 1 recharge.

Yeah i know Best part is he or she can't attack me as well. The main thing with defenders for me they have to handle more than they are capable when soloing unlike controllers. But in group of four you can eleminate two by these two attacks and deal with others. But one thing Unthing said make this plan crappy, low damage of the electric blast. The other two that work with concept (energy and radiation) don't have holds as far as i know. I think best is wait and see how far she can go.

Yep Max, it is Madness Mages, and as i said i can't really noticed it for two reason, first only one of the nearly 20 or so Madness Mage use a buff on me, secondly i was busy to stay alive and i still confuse that ambulance effect between two powers. ^_^

I think so, all three single target damage is good and two have fairly long range. Also there's -res function. But i am playing a Rad/Son which means my results are better than a FF defender with debuffs. No matter what the way i reach it i will use FF.

Other possible candidates were energy and radiation. Because of my character concept. My heroine, Bubble Pop Electric using powered gloves which she can create force fields and unleash electrical blasts. Also there is another factor that maybe with holds it help me to solo a bit (Tesla Cage and Detention Field). I think with a name like this i will stick with electric blast a while. If this build won't work as i supposed, i can make a fire/ff controller.

As far as i know, CoT Mind Mages use Vengeance on you. But never been able to see a Nemesis yet. o_O

Also i heard Tsoo sorcerers are likely to heal you but when i use confuse they tend to TP and dissappear. So i guess it is random to confused enemies use such buffs on you. Only 100% success for buffs is shield droids of the Skyraiders. Umm if your team-mates don't kill them first of course.

Awesome works again, Gamer Art. But i have one thing to say about Halo's new picture. I think his below belt side kinda funny. Not because of art, because of hero's design. It looks like he has a diaper.
