What's the AT and the secondary (or primary) powerset of this alt? Because I'm seeing the same bug happen, first on my Beam/Time Corruptor when I tried to change the colors the second time a few days.. maybe weeks after character creation and now, on my Beam/Electric Blaster which was created 3 days ago.
And finally, is this alt a hero or a villain? (not sure if it matters but I'd like to try it out as well if you can get it to work also) -
looks like this is only happening if white is used as either a primary or secondary color....

Please tell me that I'm not the only one experiencing this issue with color customization NOT saving for Beam Rifle. I even made a video to show support because it's been 3 months since I've reported this only for them to tell me that it's a display error on my end ....that's somehow only happening with beam rifle colors.... <.<

Agreed, call it holiday/badging stress or whatever it may be but you're right, it's no excuse and they didn't have to say such things. Sometimes people just seem to forget that this is just a game.

Anyone having any luck with this? I've done everything listed on the instructions from renaming the .jpg image to .bmp, to renaming it so it's a .texture, placed the proper folders and yet that white default background is still showing up.

1. Low level IO access to FREE accounts (10-20)
2. Low to Mid level IO access to (low reward tiered) PREMIUM accounts (10-35)
3. Low level tier salvage drops to FREE accounts
4. Low to Mid level tier salvage drops to (low reward tiered) PREMIUM accounts -

GR is an expansion, and a result you should keep what you purchased. IO's wasn't part of a paid expansion but was freely given out, and can be freely taken away.
But don't take away what was paid for!
VIPs now get GR for free whether they bought it or not... I know because on that sale of $1.99 City of Heroes that I used to start a 3rd account, it eventually unlocked access to Praetoria. But as already mentioned, the Incarnate content is the way they get people to subscribe. -

Exalted doesn't grey out for Free or Premium players. When you select Exalted is will show the slots (if no characters have been created there in the past) as Unlockable by VIP whereas the other servers show slots as Unlockable.
I'll tell you in a couple of months what it says for characters created by a VIP on Exalted once they go Premium.
edit: Now I'm confused, I've logged in a much older trial account and Exalted isn't grayed out, and on top of that, it has 7 total tokens which is 5 more tokens than my current account from the $1.99 City of Heroes sale (which will go premium by the end of this month). Ahh, I don't know what's going on anymore
