Need GM help with beta access

LOL your not the only one. :/ this sucks
I've already contacted support. But, if there are GMs reading the forums, I'll chime in and would like to access beta as well please.
edit: Thanks GM Alura and GM Roland! I can now get in the Beta Server
I might as well chime in as well, I still get this annoying message saying I am not eligible.
My account has been active for 81 months and can not get on beta server.
Life was simpler before I gained some knowledge

I resubscribed a week ago and I still can't log in. Tried sending a support ticket but I just got one back saying my ticket was being "Escalated to a Senior Account Support Representative".
Can't even make a Q2 account cause it keeps telling me "access to the Public Beta Server has been disabled".
Contact support and have patience. Alura and Roland helped me as well.

My GOD. I can't get in either! D: I'm a paying subscriber and the server still says, "payment for this account has expired"!
Now that the live servers are down I really have nothing left to do without the beta servers!
Any GMs out there want to enable my account(which should have been enabled by now) for the beta server? 
yea i am having the same problem it says public access is disabled
I assume its via the NCSoft support page?
Would love to get into the subscriber beta at least to check out the new changes..yet as many others my account is locked out >.<
Lets hope a GM comes along to wave their magic wand 
I've done everything the forums say to do. My account has been active for 2 and a half weeks. I still cannot get into beta. NcSoft_Freitag told a friend of mine on the beta server to talk to a GM on the live server, but I have not been able to locate one. Can someone unlock my account please? Would GREATLY appreciate it!
