I've done everything the forums say to do. My account has been active for 2 and a half weeks. I still cannot get into beta. NcSoft_Freitag told a friend of mine on the beta server to talk to a GM on the live server, but I have not been able to locate one. Can someone unlock my account please? Would GREATLY appreciate it!
