I dub the new sized Mini's, with the name "Mega-Monster Mini's"
Now thats a cool MMMini right there. You have not lost your touch my friend. -
Wow this was a tough choice, there are all really great entries.
My vote goes to my two favorites Spino and Aero.
I would like to make special mention of a few that really deserve to be noticed.
Crestent's piece was really nice. It has been a pleasure watching his talent grow and develop.
Turkey's is pure comic gold. Bab's Mam's are just to funny.
Crimson's lines on Womanticore are superb as always, it was a hard choice between his piece and Aero's for my second vote. -
"I'm a Collector not a doctor damnit Jim." That should have been the title.
Hey aren't you a colorist or inker? I remember you doing some stuff in Alex's sketch a day thread. -
Holy... And here I thought John's work was great in black and white.
-
Third entry is Cannonbolt
He was a lot of fun to draw because of his odd shape. After I was done I realized that the sketch has a "Where the Wild Things Are" feel to it. I was just reading that to my son and I think it translated into my sketch. -
I would like to submit Kilotonnage by Veit

Same...
But it could be trouble in France, perhaps Spino left a piece of moldy cheese on his keyboard, and it has frozen the reset button!

LOL!! Its working now BTW -
Wow, the art coming out for the challenge this month is incredible!

Thanks everyone. It's great being back. Was playing for most of the day today. Gotta say, I definitely missed this game. Sent out a few invite-a-friends as well hoping to see some old buddies back on here, as well as my wife.
It's awesome seeing all these great (toon) faces again, and some amazing avatars like Kilo's!
The art section is looking well, and everyone's mad art skillz are looking sweeter and sweeter. Going to have to get in some art action...creating and receiving.
Anyway, it's off to bed...back to work tomorrow.
Thanks again for all the WB's! Hope to see you in-game.
Oh, and is the art SG still kickin around? Haven't checked the toon that was in the SG, but I'm sure he was kicked as I was gone so long anyway. Let me know!

Luv my Avatar, I will never change it!!! Can't thank you enough for it.
The art SG is still kicking, as Crest said a few of us are working on our 40+ villains. When I last checked Krar is still in the SG. We try not to kick anyone out, after all what other SG can boast having all the big names on the art boards in their roster? -

he wants me to draw all of Ben's alien forms
[/ QUOTE ]
depending on which Ben you are talking about, you can be spending a loooong time drawing them, the future Ben has over 10,000 alien forms :3
... >_>
What?!
I cant watch cartoons!?
[/ QUOTE ]
Well I'm sure most of the people on this forum watch cartoons, they help the creative juices flow.

Hehe I have to admit I watch this show too and I am a fan. I was thinking the same about Ben 10,000 when my son mentioned drawing all the forms. I know he wants more than the original 10 and he will probably want the new ones revealed in Ben 10: Alien Force when it comes out this spring! -
My 4 year old son has been begging me to pick up my pencils again and draw his favorite cartoon characters. His favorite is Ben 10 and he wants me to draw all of Ben's alien forms. I can't refuse my little man so I will be updating this thread from time to time with my progress on this project.
First up is Heatblast -
Always nice to see your art Foo. I am looking foward to seeing the results of this contest.

Nice piece. I always loved the art on a screenshot backround stuff.
I agree with the comments of Larissa and company on Deviantart, especially the part about the cape and the leg.
Overall pretty good job, I really like the energy effects on the hands.
