I grew up with Superman. I learned to read at 2 with Superman kid books. I saw Chris Reeves bring the larger than life, hopeful force to life on the big screen and the heart of the character had made a lasting impression on me.
Over the years I've seen and enjoyed many incarnations of Supes, and though different, most of the time , they've stood as beacons you could count on. And now we and kids get stuck with the overly smallville-ised, 'sparkly' version to add to the mythos?
Gimme a freakin' break. DC trend spotters need to get slapped. -
Same experience as others here I see. Was in PI, ssk'd no costume drops, although I did get the Clothes Horse badge and when I tried soloing or teaming in a zone level appropriate, got costume drops/ tip drops.
I hope that's not WAI, devs need to understand that teaming on smaller servers for these events can be critical. Anyhooooo, I'm still enjoying stuff, sooo here's hoping for a patch and extension =D -

They had better not be tied to an origin as per usage. That's just bad juju. I mean, that would be really really bad.I assumed it's just the theme of the pack. Even if it's Natural and not Nature... but i'll take it.

1. I don't count the Party Pack as a booster, that was just a slap in the face.
2. I still don't like the idea of more costumes being released as paid items rather than the old model of more free stuff. However, given the layoffs an whatnot, I assume tight belts an all that for the company, at least perceived as thus, so I'm not gonna yell too much about it.
3. I would have liked at least some shoulder pieces to go with the capes, but that said, I think this one has enough stuff for me to grab it up. I do like the steam/ magic auras in particular and if it's 10bucks or less, it seems like a decent win. -
I suggest we get more flyposes, as well as allowing the idle stances that we have work with /flypose. Sure it might look funny, but funny ha ha, or funny awesome..you decide.
Like ninja run, I suggest we get alternate animations to sprint but at an inherent non booster pack way=p.
I'll leave the rest of the BACKPACK begging to others, better than I. -
I approve of the idea and i'll probably get a couple as soon as we get some of the older chars too, or even some thing with our own alts.... maybe?!!!!?

Yeap, the Power arc was the 2nd Preatorian run I did and though i've since done all the other permutations, the entire feeling I got off the arc was my favourite.
The end of the arc was ,imho, very epic and it's one of the few times, when I throw myself into a story, I actually felt something during different moments in the leadup to it's conclusion. -
Best episode i've seen in a long time. Fun. I giggled when he met himself in the elevator. Yay for movie references too.

Always loved the superhero genre, grew up reading comics and in between playing CSS, Quake and NoX, I found myself playing this new fangled Freedom Force game and found my new obsession. Heard about City from the Freedom Force boards and when I loaded up in 2004...well I ain't looked back since.

As much as I love some blurry old pieces, because of how they can combine in overall looks, I think if it's done right, and dolled out over time...Option 1.
I'm just wary of older pieces having weird lines or funny (not ha ha funny) textures. The "improved" Spiderman or Superman suit in one of the movies, well it just looked weird. Sometimes an understated look works better than a defined one, because it can be used in combination with other items to look like something else.
My thoughts on the winged head pieces, btw, to me they're different designs and I use both on different costume types.Just sayin'. -
lol. Well I'm not restricting it to one zone, just that's the hint an such. I mean the LFG button did make it Live in the Menu, so they gotta have some plan.
