On my Kin/Psi I have Transfusion slotted 2 acc, 3 heal, 1 recharge. With hasten and siphon speed slotted for recharge I can completely halt a regen scrappers regen rate (before using Power build up > Transferance to be really annoying)

I for one will be very annoyed if this gets moved to a time/day I won't be able to make.

Indirectly. You won't have higher accuracy but you will hit a debuffed target more than a non debuffed one.

Illusion is pretty easy to solo pre 32, especially after lvl 18 when Phantom Army is available.

In I7 it will be even more effective if you take Power build up from the epics as this will now boost the endurance drain on transferance (and all other end draining attacks).

The servers haven't been down at all as far as I know. The server status page on this site however rarely has up to date information.

You might want to avoid Episode 15. Due to timing issues, I had to make that early, and it's, far and away, the best one yet.

The resistances from Assault and tactics are hardly, if at all, noticable in pvp.

I disagree here. In PVP 1-3 range enhancements make Spectral Terror very nasty.

AS is interruptible if the tick/KB hits before the interrupt phase ends, Int Red would reduce that; after that it will hit automatically (ACC willing) but the Stalker should be flung if his KB res fails; might protect against Pacify or follow up.
So not perfect, but better than nothing.

Is this in I6 or based on I7 on test as I'm pretty sure a redname has stated on teh American boards that AS will soon only be interruptable by direct damage. -

The defender version definately isn't bugged and does -regen on each hit in pvp and can completely halt a regen scrappers health gain when spammed. If you'd like you can contact me in game (global @Kaya) and I'll bring my regen scrapper to sirens for some testing

I've found Dark melee very handy in pvp duels. Stacked -acc coupled with the fear from ToF is very nasty
