I heard that /dark and /rad would have thier debuff effect taken away for some reason, if this does happen then /dark and /rad are oging back to the stone age.

If you're implying that my earth/rad will now turn into earth/stone, you're wrong
I tested radiation myself. an SR scrapper had a difficult time hitting me with Focused Accuracy, while I defeated him several times - on test (I7). I've also killed a regen scrapper on test, if anything, radiation just got buffed, because the buff-effect-pets thingy now effects earthquake, quicksand and volcanic gasses. it might not be a strong effect, but you can see the AM aura on them.
Radiation isn't back to stone age.

i had read that defense based set would be at pain (for vilains that is sure i don't know for heroes) at RV (maybe due to FA i think)
