Quick Rad Blast question
Indirectly. You won't have higher accuracy but you will hit a debuffed target more than a non debuffed one.
Actually, I think there is a small +Acc on lots of the Rad blast attacks as well as the DEF debuff. According to the nofuture site (which is normally pretty spot on) 6 of the 8 powers in Rad blast have Acc > 1
By my 50s shall ye know me:
Tundra, DVM, The Late, Neutrino Ghost, Sir Clanksalot, End Of Days, Prof. Migraine
Howler Monkey
still miss laods tho >.> mind u my rad never got past lvl 18..... xD
If it shows that one of the attacks that doesn't received it is Cosmic Burst I will believe you, the other attacks I've used do seem more accurate than I was expecting, CB is the only attack that doesn't (According to Hero Stats it hovers around 92% acc while the others have 95% ish over time. They're all slotted the same)

They were appropriately appalled

They're now putting it all together.

Radiation attacks have 10% ACC boost.

Very true...and with the 2-10% decrease they recieve on def when hit by your blast, they become even mroe easy to hit.
