Kai is a reality hacker and as such there is nothing really mechanically in game right now that would really be apropos to if she was in a serious fight, but assuming they could add things...

1) She would fly
2) She would have dual blades and dual pistol attacks for melee/range and a deflection/phased defense
3) At 75, 50, 25 percent she would fire a auto hit power that set the players into a phased state for 30sec and swap their AT+powers with someone else's on the team

I, sadly, can't find enough free time to plot and run a single small story for one VG yet but will happily try to be involved in a server scale RP thing if it happens

Once upon a time, these things happened on Virtue, when it was a much more centralized group of RPers. I can think of at least three or four, and anyone who was on the server back in the days of The Barcodes remembers the mass effort to figure out wtf was going on.

The problem is not only the huge about of people it would take to pull of, but there would have to be a large amount of time devoted into planning, setting up, constantly just doing scenes and things to get people to notice. Assuming all this could happen, RP has largely moved away from public spaces and into SG bases and global channels, I just don't think in the state of the game as it is that you could garner enough interest for an RP server wide event.

So I decided I'd see about some color. The way I color is vectorish cel shade and step one is setting up the lines. Each 'object' gets its own lines and so I started with the couch. I turned off the drawing layer to see what parts I was missing and ended up with this



Which....was actually kinda cool(aside from the fact that I changed my mind about the couch back meeting the sides from right to left now that I look....). And I thought, let's make a silhouette version! Its not the way I do the lines, but that's what layers are for, random fun.

They would care, if they knew about it, if its licensed for distribution in the US, the US licenser can and would go after NCSoft. I have seen at least 3 anime characters get genericed, I wouldn't risk it.

When it comes down to it, the point of SGs, guilds, any of that, is to meet new people and have fun playing together. After a time, if you take the SG, the guild, the whatever away....you still have your friends and you still have fun playing together. I doubt anyone still active is going to walk away from the people they met who are staying just because the SG as such is going away. Sometimes its best to let projects be shut down gracefully than have the last thing remembered be a pale, dying imitation.

In simple form, imagine the actor cast of a dramatic TV show elbowing each other in sibling fashion on a couch, watching the latest aired episode of their show and making jokes about the things they know because they've finished taping but their characters and the audience don't yet know :7

Yeah, I had noted them saying 'hey, love your stuff, I'm deciding on a who, get back to you in two weeks' and got a 'thanks, look forward to it!' back and then....poof :/

It started as a joke about shoving characters back in the closet when lines they would say would pop into our heads when roleplaying other ones, to which the question was asked, are they all in the same closet? And ever since all my characters live in a Big Brother style house in my head, leading to hilarious little scenes.

In the middle, Black Radiance aka Roxy Acetylene is one of my main City of Heroes characters. To the right is Radiance, aka Fiona Grey, a sort of copy of Roxy with all the emotional reactions and none of the memories, the character I played most in Champions Online. To the left of Roxy, Kyle Rymes, Roxy's half brother, and to his left his Praetorian double Gina Myers, City of Heroes characters.

I was writing a piece of fiction for a large ensemble plot (Pandora for those that know) that deals with the isolation and trauma Roxy suffered after losing her lover/mentor/etc, having her powers made to work correctly by her father before he sacrificed himself for her, and this scene popped into my head.

On the big TV, is a home movie style clip about said events, and on the couch is sitting Gina, Roxy, Kyle, and Fiona from left to right picture wise. Fiona, scarred emotionally and terrified of people touching her, refuses to sit next to anyone but Roxy, who sighs and switches with Kyle, which pisses Gina off because she doesn't like guys so close, and poor Kyle has no idea what exactly he's doing wrong. Meanwhile, the events are playing and Fiona comments 'No wonder I'm so f**ked up....' at the same time Kyle comments 'And I thought my life on the streets was rough...', causing Roxy to lean back and facepalm.

Just because you have your filters set on because some artists mark all sorts of things as mature that really aren't doesn't mean its not considerate of people to mention 'hey you might get a face full of naked if you click on this link' ;7

Scorpio are good guys, the level of threat was a little too high for my characters who were a bit more lower powered but they are fun people. There's been some reorganization with divisions, sort of a 'green' and 'black' last I checked but they are pretty quick on looking over apps.

Sadly the VG I play with wouldn't fit with either of your villains so no advice there

The closest I have that actually would look like ice would be Valerie Vincent, she's a bounty hunter with some sub-zero capabilities and some very sturdy guns

None of my 27 alt bios are alike aside from one tag. Some are factual, some are like Paragon Times news articles about the character, some are descriptive, some are one liners, some have a history of the character...whatever strikes me as fitting at the time.

Jae is Jae, Wyld Fyre from launch on the left, Wyld Fyre close enough to current on the right....her face is different, uses the freckled one now which is hard to see cause the pic was made for my argument that I want the old style shorts back but its the same costume almost 7 years later :7
