All I want with my Dom, is a 100 Mag resistance, a inherent Unstoppable which is permanent and a HP regen very much like Instant Healing, and also a %500 increase in damage, then I'd be happy! I don't think that's too much too ask for.

For PvE, I suggest 3 Dmg, One Acc and maybe RecRed/EndRed depending on other powers in your build.

As for Targetting Drone, I wouldn't know tbh.

I do think, for Stone tanks, the way they would best work in PvP would be in Base Raids. Just stick 'em in a important room and let them taunt their hearts out. And if there's a Kin on the team....
