Ok, hehe, how about something furiously furry?
As forthe shoulderpads.. it's sheer will power baby!! -
Here is part of an art trade with McKinney. His character Crimson Storm.
-
He uses an axe in game.. but I usually drop it when drawing. I much rather prefer the furry of grabbing objects around me.
Wow man, this is great. I live the setting and his armor... fantastic DJ! -
Yeah, I think you're running out of time.

That's just part of it... You'll see it when it's done! I'm not happy with how the sketch came out.. hopefully the colors will pop it a bit more... Thanks for comment, TA!

Funny, I was happy with your sketch. -
I'm not a fan of bumping my own stuff, but I was kind of hoping that Bell would stop by and notice this.
-
Ok, just edited it a bit... I like it. I think it's the final version.
And maybe my best to date. -

I know this isn't art related but...
Anyone else watching the new BSG? I think it is THE best show on tv. I am mental for the show! Last week's episode was amazing. I think I pee'd a little!

I've been watching since the beginning of LAST season, when they found the Pegasus. I can't go a week without seeing the new 'Battlestar' and the nw 'Heroes'.

Battlestar, Heroes, and LOST all have my attention. Great concepts and great writing. -
The background was a screen shot. I painted over it and mesed with it a bit (actually thinking of adding the rails to the right side as well.
Glad you all like it... I think it worked out pretty well. -
Well now, I've done couple shots before, but this one is a little different than most. I'm quite proud of it though.

Based on feedback, I've made some improvements to the piece;
- Angled the background a little for more dynamics.
- Stretched the lead arm out some to get rid of the 'flex' look.
- Altered the belt to match the in-game version
- Got rid of the boot line and changed the outfit to a one-piece
- Rounded his gluteous maximus (butt muscles)
New versions;

Great work again.. I liked both personally. -
Thanks Mr.M
And Derek, keep that style. It's gritty and it's you. -
Agreed, I think you did a fine job here DJ. I'm always a fan of your "grand, lookin' over the city" views.
-
Lookin' better than my current attempt at Cs right now. Good job man.
-
Actually, it was the tick that inspired me on this one.
-
Ok all, I did up another one. I'm hopingyou guys will check it out and be nice - it's a little different than a normal looking one (honestly, just a little different).

Yeah, I thought about that. But the green just seemed to fit a lot better. If he wants, I can change it though.
