  1. Yes, I was thinking about the stacking rad+ stacking AM is nice also! I am just not sure, it would be nice to have a new secondary honestly. I am sure though with stacked rad things would drop like hotcakes.

  3. Hello, I have a L50 Illusion/Rad and what would be the best combo to go with him? I have a second account I alt tab with and was wanting to make something to compliment my controller. I was thinking maybe another controller like earth/storm or earth kinetics maybe? Any ideas? TYVM.

    Just to be clear, I am playing both accounts and alt tabbing, so nothing to hard for the second account which is why I was thinking another type of controller.
  4. I was just wondering which combo would be best to team with a brute?

    I am thinking kinetics, but since I am playing both toons it might be very annoying to keep alt tabbing to FS. I was thinking maybe just a toon with shields and heal? Any suggestions?

    I am open to Corruptors and Masterminds since they can both get sets that help a team.
  5. I was messing with my costume. I was doing it awhile and everything was fine. I left to go do my L20 tailor mission for another slot. I came back to work on the second costume and it crashed. Now it crashes every time I click on her. Any suggestions?

    Demon set

    I am not making any real choices until I play the beta and find out the strengths and weaknesses of the set. I would like to go /dark most likely for the excellent debuffs. I also doubt we will get sonic since they gave us thermal supposedly to go with demonic summoning.

    I have also wanted to make a MM with /storm, but as fun and flashy as storm is I just don't think it compares with dark overall for 0/8 solo spawns.

    I am extremely excited about this set though, I am among many I assume who hoped for demon summoning when Masterminds were first announced. PLEASE don't suck :<

  8. Could anyone post the pros and cons of each secondary? I always see someone say a set sucks, but normally they never say why lol. I would like to basically know the "holes" of each set I suppose? and what they are good at doing? That would be awesome.

    Ninja Run

    Ninja Run is the best #$% thing in the world! I would have paid the $10 just for that! Whoever thought this power up deserves a raise!

    my only complaint is that it does not work with combat jumping! Please make it work with combat jumping ... take away one of the jumping mods, I just want the sprint ability without having to click back and forth and without having to use the old sprint.

  11. I am wanting to go duel blades possibly, but I don't see anyone ever talk about DB, is there a specific reason why? I even more so like it now with the new ninja pack I bought lol. I suppose claws would be cool, but I know everyone is doing claws/wp now also ha. I don't really see a ton of difference between claws and duel blades personally.

    I already have a stone/stone brute and a stone/stone tanker so honestly I would prefer to stay away from that. I would also like to stay away from SS if possible since it seems that is what almost everyone is. I also made a DM/WP brute and hated it severely.

    I was thinking of this.

  12. That build seems pretty nice. The only thins I don't like are Jacobs Ladder which I think is horrible from my experience and I never saw much point in taking grant cover for a brute. You left out chain induction which I think is a great AoE that always went to other mobs when I used it and was awesome when my fury was built up. I am also VERY surprised that no tough was in the build, I would have seriously thought it would be with shields ,so that is cool. What are your opinions on all of this?

    Also, the Zephyr are impossible to ever find it seems lol, so as many people say it is not about the money it is just about actually finding the recipe lol.



    Oh, do you think you could provide me with a nice build with NO epics that is fairly cheap to level with? With just normal Ios???(Possibly without JL or grant cover I actually think charged brawl is nicer than JL. That would be excellent if you could. I have 2b to spend on something, but it would be nice to know how to build it without epics as I am leveling to 50.

    Thugs/Dark Build

    Here is my new build. I made quite a few changes. I also dropped fly. I have no travel power now and will use the 10k jet pack from GV. Why not? It opens up some other choices for me and instead of fly I took empty clips for my own enjoyment and put a full set of Ragnarok. I know a lot of people say taking an attack is a waste, but I took out fly so I don't think it matters much, plus it is a nice cone. I also added +12 points of KB protection since I no longer have hover and took combat jump instead for the Immo protection.

    Thugs/Dark Build

    Well at L32 doing 0/8 missions are a breeze. The only problems I have really had are Rikti, god they are annoying, but when I altered my tactics from the experiences they gave me, I learned how to react better with them. So they became much easier also. I don't have all 4 of the special pet enhancements yet because they seem impossible to find besides the level 50 ones. Once I get those I can already see that it would make a big difference. I have also noticed the higher I get the less my arsonist seems to die, so that is also nice. I seriously Looove my Thugs/Dark way more than my L50 Bots/Traps and it is only going to get better at 38!

    According to Mids the accuracy on my Twilight Grasp is 150ish% and it still misses quite a bit on oranges/bosses which is kind of annoying. I even have the kismet +6% accurcy. So I think I will just do the 5 doc wounds and then 1 L50 acc IO to make it higher.

  20. Actually after doing more research it looks like Ninjas are basically single target, although it seems the best single target I was wanting AoE so I guess I will need to go another route.

    I was thinking either Bots/Storm or Bots/Dark

    (I know it seems that most people think that thugs have the most aoe dmg, I can't see how this is possible when the arsonist is always dead lol) I leveled Thugs/Dark to 26 and yes it was decent, the arsonist was an idiot and died so many times I just stopped calling him back lol. If that punk would stay at range then god yes the dmg would be drastically improved. Any thoughts on this? Does the arsonist stay alive more higher up if you put your buffs out and then perhaps send in the brute and the T1s last?
  21. I really love controllers and I thought about it and I decided to try Ninja/Storm because it seems like a controller MM set/pairing. With the Oni and storm it should be nice and I was thinking if I got all the special pet enhancements then the ninjas would benefit greatly.

  24. I am just wondering what the opinions about about this? I already have a L50 Bots/Traps and he does fine on +0/8, but I would like to try something else like maybe Bots/Thermal or Thugs/Thermal or something like that maybe? I solo'd enough AVs with my current MM so doing that means nothing really, so that won't matter if they can or can't do that well. I am just kinda bored with Bots/Traps now and waiting not so patiently for demon summoning. I am trying to find something else.

    Oh, I was also thinking /storms would be really good for soloing large groups? What would go best with /storms? Bots/Storm or Thug/Storm maybe?
