My Crazy 88 character has seen them in Atlas on Virtue.

Send a PM to theOcho.
You can find him under the Community Digest. -
Quote:Sounds like a win-win. With the rewards reduced, I can't see what the issue would be.Make version of the Task Forces that are just normal story arcs with normal missions and normal mission rewards. That would ensure that solo player or more casual teams can enjoy the missions and story line at a leisurely pace. And I think that player like Samuel_Tow (and I) would greatly appreciate them.

Quote:Ah.I remember a lot of people from the old days who aren't here any more. Most of the time, however, I don't remember I knew about them until their names come up. Seeing your name reminds me that I remember you, though I can't quite remember what for.
I suppose that was a good example of me projecting onto your comment.
Heh.
I'm not willing to panic until I see how these other slots are unlocked.
If this does turn into Trials of Atlantis from DAOC, I'll grab a pitchfork and join you. -
-
As someone who has been here from 2004 also, I really think you are just projecting.
-
When was this ever true?
-
Happy holidays.
Incarnate Trials, eh?
Edit - Oh God, Trials of Atlantis flashbacks... -
-
Seems kind of odd that there would be a change now.
You would think it would have happened a few weeks back, if intended. -
Quote:While that was a good one, I preferred the ranting about the gender changing power.my favorite was the RP-justified refusal of Venture's heroes to use the merged markets since they'd never buy stuff from bad guys...even though his heroic characters would have absolutely no way of knowing that villains were now interacting with the supply pool.
Having your characters act on knowledge you possess as a player but they don't violates one of the cardinal 'rules' of role playing. -

Terrible news, Castle.
I wish you the best, but damn, you will be hard to replace. -
Pretty sure that has been around for a long time.

Quote:Fixed me up this morning. How to fix the 'No response from server' problem:
(This is for XP, Vista and 7 are similar, but call the CMD box something else)
Exit COX
Using Windows Explorer or hard disk browse, go to where your COX program is installed (like C:\Program Files\City of Heroes)
In the City of Heroes folder, find two files: one ends in PRV and one ends in CHECKSUM
Delete them
At Start, click Run. IN the box, type CMD
The Command Prompt black screen appears. In the command window, type :
IPCONFIG /FLUSHDNS <--- notice the space before /
After it runs, type EXIT in the command window and the black screen goes away.
Restart COX
It will checksum and then fix the broken files
It will verify
And then you can log in
Thanks! -

I've only tried with my lvl 50 Fire/Energy/Fire Tank.
Used about 5-6 inspirations, but not too hard. A good fight, went toe to toe with her. -
Quote:Same here, but I have no fear about being able to solo nothing.True. I think us soloers might be more in number than the Devs know. Some data mining might be called for before continuing on this course..the day I can't solo anything is the day I quit.
Lisa.
Haven't seen anything to make me worried. -
I'm not surprised that you think that.
However, I think you are outnumbered by those who think the most recent story arcs (perhaps fewer in regard to the Alpha arc), think the arcs over the past few issues have been outstanding. -
Quote:Agreed.Put me in the "no reason to complain" camp. The spawns are zone-appropriate, if they con grey to the opener who runs away then they never move from the spot, and they are big and white and visible. In other words, functionally identical to existing spawns in that zone. If your lowbie characters runs right into the middle of them and dies, it's your own damn fault for not paying attention.

Thank you cheap Kindle books.
