I ran my ice/SS tank through Ramiel's arc and didn't notice anything different. I don't recall anyone speed boosting me.

Monitor your recharge speed. Sometimes enemies will have slows that'll make stacking rage a major pain in the butt.

Pretty sure if there had been a rage nerf, CNN woulda reported it. Something about 'civil unrest' in NorCal.

As a rule of thumb, actual nerfs are rarer than bugs, and both are far rarer than the number of times people suspect something and rush to the forums. So sight unseen, it's statistically very likely that ANYTHING someone reports as a nerf is nonsense.
There are of course occasional exceptions, but by and large, it's almost never a nerf.

I think your sarcasm detector failed.
For me it seems the -dmg crash lasts twice as long.
Thought it was internet connections and gfx cards that got nerfed every patch

Hello everyone!
I cant find anything in the patch notes about it, but did Rage get a nerf? I have a SS tanker build for +recharge (+140% recharge) and I can't seem to keep rage double stacked anymore. Anyone else notice anything or am I out of my mind?
