  3. There's a way around it with macros, binds and (whatever they are) files. I believe they managed to fit in 7 powers before something sopped them doing more.
  4. Fire/Sonic, Fire/FF and Spines/Fire on follow?
  5. It (Resistance) scales... kinds. If ToHit goes up and Def doesn't then you get more % damage.

    If they both go up equally, you get the same % damage.

    If damage goes up and Res stays the same, you still take the same % of damage.

    Increased damage means more actual damage to both parties, but the same % damage to both.

    Increased ToHit means more % damage for both.

    Basically, Res doesn't need to scale, since the % of damage mitigated is always the same. Yes, they will be taking more damage from higher enemies, since they hit for more. However, so are Defense sets, since the hits that still get through, hurt more.

    My logic isn't the best at times, but I hope this helps.

    Def Ranged, AoE = 5 + 10 = 15%
    Def Smash, Lethal = 17.5 + 5 + 5 + 10 = 37.5%
    Def Fire, Cold, Energy, Negative = 17.5 + 10 = 27.5%
    Def Psionic = 5 + 10 = 15%
    Res Smash, Lethal = 10 + 5 = 15%
    Res Fire, Cold, Energy, Negative = 10%

    With the team toggle having a -Def part like Praf's (in this case, -10%):

    Def Melee = 17.5%
    Def Ranged, AoE = 5%
    Def Smash, Lethal = 17.5 + 5 + 5 = 27.5%
    Def Fire, Cold, Energy, Negative = 17.5%
    Def Psionic = 5%
    Res Smash, Lethal = 10 + 5 = 15%
    Res Fire, Cold, Energy, Negative = 10%

    Siphon Power buffs those around you.

    I'd say the ones my Scrappers (Kat/Inv & Claws/SR, others are too low) find difficult are:
    Tsoo (DeBuffs galore)
    Rularuu (even more DeBuffs and stupid ToHit)
    Council & Malta (high lethal res robots)
    Rikti (Drones for the unwillingness to enter melee and high ToHit)
    Nemesis (silly range and vengeance)

    Easiest - anything else
