Yes, every time I play a Defender or Corruptor.

Tankers & Brutes = 90%
Kheldians (and I believe SoAs) = 85%
Everyone else = 75%

Except that base accuracy for mobs is 50%, so that's 50% mitigation off the bat.

So, for 50% Res, that's 50% damage 50% of the time and 0% damage 50% of the time, so 25% damage on average.

For 50% Def, you're at the "soft cap" so that's 100% damage 5% of the time and 0% damage 95% of the time... which I can't do in my head while eating

If PvP was taken out, the PvPers would leave and if this thread "proves" anything, it's that PvPers in this game are few and far between. Thus, the game would not die if it was removed (no, I don't want it taken out, I enjoy it too much) and to suggest otherwise is silly, to say the least.

Just a point - if it's not 64bit, then 5 of your 8 GB of RAM won't work. 32bit Os's can (if memory serves me) only "handle" 4 GB of memory, including video memory. 64 bit ones can (I think) "handle" 16 GB.

That's quite obviously false - if there was absolutely no reason whatsoever for it not to be done, then it would have been done already. As it hasn't then there must be, in fact, at least one reason to not have done it by now.
