Ok. I took what you said and I edited it more. Each defense only has 1 end reduct on. I swapped Elude and focused accuracy around, added status effects to thunder kick, crippling axe kick and crane kick, as well as adding another recharge speed to conserve power.

For practised brawler and focus chi, would it be better if i swapped the end reducts for anothe recharge speed? Any other thoughts on how to improve this?

Is this one better? I got changed some of the enhancements around and swapped the knockbacks/disorients for end reducts. I want him to be able to do high damage and status affects don't bother me as much. I havn't got round to doing the quickness move yet but I did swap evasion and elude around. My toon is lvl 44 at the moment so nemesis arn't a problem.

Only attacks that have recharge speed are dragon's tail and eagle's claw. Added an extra defense to Elude.

Below is my build for a MA/SR scrapper that im working on before I use it. I chose all 4 fitness powers as they don't require many or any slots which allows me to use them on other powers. Will I run into endurance problems with this build? Without changing any of the powers (As I have reasons for choosing each of these) would you change any of the enhancements? I havn't put too many slots on Elude as I like it, but don't want to rely on it.

Which reminds me: Theres an ok comic thing every so often in Manchester called Comic mart. I quite often go there. Loads of cheap stalls and 50p comics (which are still in mainly in good condition. Some not quite so good.). Quite a impressive selection. So both Paul and Jen must check it out when they live there! Or else!
