The Cirque Masquerade Ball - Invitations

The envelope has a slight cream colour, and is luxurious to the touch.
There is no name on the envelope.
As you turn it you see the emblem of the Cirque de la Lune in the centre of the purple seal.
You run your fingers over the seal and it is only then that you realize it’s mearly printed on the envelope.
Opening the envelope, you are greeted with the sight of a slightly more yellow card inside.
As you pull the card from the envelope, you notice the printing is imbedded.
The text looks golden, and the framework around it is a royal purple.
You begin to read:

“We are hereby delighted to invite you, and any guests you may wish to bring,
to the Cirque Masquerade Ball on the eve of February the 18th”

It is signed with the same masks as were on the seal.

Turning the card, you find instructions that reveal the Gates will be opened from 8pm and that the entrance can be found near the Galaxy Girl statue in Galaxy City.

(( as you no doubt realize, it's an open invitation, so spread the word ))

If you have nothing useful to say, you have two choices: Say something useless or stay quiet.

Party tonight!

Some sugestions:

Wear a costume, preferably with a mask, that your character doesn't ordinarily wear

Set in your Options under the "Reticle" header the "Player Name" to something else than "Show always", personally I'd go with "Show when selected"
This to make it more fun in trying to guess who's behind the mask.

As an addendum, suggested by Quilla:

Also, to complete the 'Masquerade' illusion, it may be worth turning off your Chat-Box, and using just the speech bubbles.

Do not go gentle into that good night.
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

I'll give it a go, as long as people aren't overly vocal in one bubble, I can't read that fast!
