Bases
More specifically, intertwining PvP code with bases in such a manner as to make it nigh impossible to work with.
Should have made separate options; PvP and non-PvP.

Also, old accounts that were previously subbed are automagically Premium, even if they don't put any more money on them now. Something tells me that most old (now Premium) accounts meet the tier 2 requirements as well.

According to P-wiki's Paragon Rewards page;
Tier 4 gives med insp drops
Tier 8 gives large insp drops

THANK YOU for making that vid Sam.
This was one of the first things that Hubby mentioned as we were playing our shiney new TW toons. Not only are the animations not synced up well, but sounds seem to be off as well. He finds it very distracting. I've noticed it in some of the more egregious instances, but honestly I'm still adjusting to the molasses animation of those initial strikes.
You are not hallucinating, crazy, nor alone in these observations.

I'm going to repeat something I mentioned in the Patch Notes thread...
We pulled together a league to run the Winter Lord Trial.
Queued up... watched the counter go to "28 of 28"...
When we zoned, we had a league of 20.
The first 2 teams made it in intact, the other two were broken all to hell.... and we'd lost 8 players.
This happened twice in a row.
When we succeeded in the trial, I was notified that I'd received merits and a badge... then several of us crashed. When we logged in, we had lost our rewards (and I had no badge).
Apparently, this is a known issue.
Jus' so's ya knows.... -
So, a friend of mine sees an image for the PD beacon.... but I still get the "destroyed" version.... How does that happen? Was the PD beacon fixed all this time? How the heck do I fix it for myself? Is it all really a Rangle Plot™?

According to the P-Rewards page, tier 2 allows use of the mail system, and the inf. cap is raised to 500mil. (pro'lly where I remembered the 500 from).
Tier 4 is where in inf. cap is raised to 2 bil.
So....
T1 (Free) is 25 mil
T2 (Preem) is 500 mil + mail system
T4 (Preem) is 2 bil.
Do I have that right?

There are, however, ways to store more than 2 bil.
Also, I think F2P and Preems are limited to 500k... I think.

It would be helpful if we could be more specific about which badges are missing...
I have the exploration and healing badges showing up, but not the damage badges.
