AB not enough to slot for heals IMO, regen aura slot it 3 heals.

Reasons are many:
Guildwars is a team game and there is far too many n00bs and griefers, so PuGs are out of the window and I couldnt convince enough people to start playing it. The PvP is good though, so Ill still play it on and off.
The RV event made me wanna have a spines / sr, seriously those babies handled like a dream. It was like playing Freon without any of his weaknesses for a loss of a small bit of damage. This toon will eventually be build for zones.
Retribution needs a counter on Union, so AoW needs reinforcement. Too many of the good PvPers have joined retribution and its gonna be sweet fighting the PDs that joined retribution cause I know it will be a challenge.
Union needs a "proper" arena channel -

/nrg blasters never got kills from tanks and scrappers when fighting good players so it has made little difference, has barely affected team play, just means a blaster cant fight 1v1s with tanks and scrappers that are res based.
and a /nrg blaster that doesnt use melee is like an empath not using heals

- Axe is probably not a great set for PvP on a tank. Tanks aren't expected to pump out damage but Axe has particularly slow animation and very high end cost. I've seen some axe builds work VERY well due to their damage output but they're one that does take practice to PvP with due to the end and animation issues, something you'll not really get in the limited time span of the event unless you've already got one on live.

Axe is a great choice before epics(armour). But it doesnt quite have the burst damage of nrg, but it can bring more damage damage fast if your target doesnt move. -
I havent read the entire post so I dont know if this has been discussed, but the main reason I stopped my account was that PvP is completly purposeless, there is no reason to want to become better other that to become better at pwning other player.

My account expires the 28 of may and Im gonna take a long break from CoX. The game started to feel like a grind in PvE and I need something new. So Im gonna switch to guild wars and see if the PvP there agree's with me.

I think the PDs could take this team, but we need the perfekt team and have all our members show up and take the right positions and that wont happend since most of us stopped playing.

Me on Captain Freon (ice / nrg)
Empath on Ms Freedom (katana / regen), need a respec thou.
Xanthus on Decibellion (sonice / sonic)
Archy on his earth / kin, if ATs arent a problem Powernova on powernova (kin / nrg) and Arch on his tank.
Mesmer on Mesmer mind / ff
Nr 8, the person we can get. Prolly Plight Trawler, since he is the only blaster I know of that is good enough on defiant. Red Dragon on his tank might also be a good idea. -
Go grav / rad and have the FotM 1 on 1 PvP build.

Thats just the first layer. Getting the right combination is hard. But there is simply alot of powers that are slotted completly random if you wanna have a min / max PvP build. You also need to thing what kind of role do I want?, and I an empath running arround with pets and casual holding or am I an attacking build with great surviability from the emp secondary because of self heal and regen aura?, this build is far from desiding what I want to do and the slotting is right out the window.

Lets start psy damage is highly overrated, but its quite fun against someone who just went MoG.
The best psy damage you get from being either mind or illusion.
Dont get me started about dark its simply the [censored] in PvP anyone with half a brain can allmost ignore your set. Rad on the otherhand is superb for duals and a rad / psy defender can be a decent dual build. It will take you alot of time grinding people down because of the low damage defenders have but its doable with rad. But then again there are so many much more viable build for PvP why bother making this one? -

Your never gonna get 2 melee attacks with aim and bu on a stalker is you dont get the jump on him/her.
By far the easiest thing to do as a blaster without access to perception *2 is to just jump arround and wait until stalkers attack someone else and then get the jump on them. It worked quite nicely on Freon. -

Since when did conrollers need pets to do damage?, I could allmost outdamage my pets pre containment and with 2-3 phantasm.
Just take the blasts from the epic and slot them, they can bloody well outdamage anything if you slot for it. 3*Damage from containment in PvP means alot. I have been 1 hit killed at lvl 50 by a controller on my blaster. Dont say they havent got damage outside pets. -
If you stand completly still it protects you most of the time, if you move even a little bit it wont protect you. If you stand still it ticks fast enough to prevent it if it his but the problem is that its radius is about the same as AS range so you quite easily move out of the range of the ticks after AS has fired. Hope this helps, Im not quite sure its true but this is my experience for having it on my blaster.

Maybe, but you dont kill em alot. The only reason you would is if you had no other option due to their taunts. Why waste time trying to take down a good PvP tank when theres easier kills to be got.

Well, DA gets some AoE damage but there's not enough in Martial Arts to compliment it, IMO. Regen is by far the best choice.

Generally speaking DA offers more control and MA is the set with most control, so I really see alot of synergy between the two sets. Stuns and Oppressive Gloom seems nice for stacking. MA is also not that end heavy which is also a plus combining it with DA.
If this set isnt better than regen its because DA in it self is gimped, that simple cause no other set has better synergy with DA. Perhaps except spines for an AoE build, but this build is quite end heavy. -
Use your nuke in Atlas when we celebrate or something like that, just NOT during the raid.
