  1. I don't see why it won't. I can see them increasing the recharge on some powers like they did with Claws which could change ST chains.

Yeah my Kat/WP could have around 300 more HP and S/L resists could be 80+ with SoW...
I will be having a hard time trying not to re-roll some of my Scraps.... My Claws/Regen is another......
  2. got 5% more recharge and slotted up Elude

  3. See if you can fit in SM. Could buy you 10+ seconds on the Elude crash, course your defense has to be 59+ while it is active.

    edit:
quick question here... Eye of the Magus only cover type defense or does it cover positional as well? Have not actually used it nor do I have it on any of my char. Could run into some issue not getting to 59% type defense.
  4. Yeah.... its for the pretty...

From what I can tell, it does not. The buff from Follow Up hits at the beginning part of its cast. I'll have to triple check to make sure.

I've done the solo ITF thing on my Claws/SR Scrap back before the alphas and inherent fitness. So I guess back before solo ITF got popular Used some inspirations on the last mish but I got it done.

    That's probably the easiest way.

If that didn't work, I'd consider accepting the loss of some damage for the extra survivability.
ha.... yeah lets just go ahead and throw me in the fire here...
Well haven't really messed with much build for the 59% defense thing. I don't see the need for it yet. Those trials are packed with 16-24 peeps with buffs flying all over and my Claws/SR hanging around 45% defense don't see much issues really.

Anyways, here's a Claws/SR build with 59% defense. Had to use Nerve to get the defense. No hasten so it can't run the high chain but enough to run the chain I like... FU-Slash-focus-Swipe. Could possible make some changes to get it enough recharge to run FU-Focus-Slash...

Assuming 95% enhancement for damage (and the ridiculous 313% recharge you need in Follow Up ...), this nets us a comparison that has the Scrapper and Brute dead even at 68% Fury. The Scrapper can pull ahead with +DAM in the build and Assault, while the Brute pulls ahead by squeezing out more Fury. 68% is not unusual, IMO, but does take some effort to keep up.
Well I have Scrappers beating Brutes at 75% Fury running FU-Focus-Slash with the triple stack FU on Focus and double on Slash and FU itself by, ohhhhh say 6%. Counting in Crits at 10% of course.

Add in Musculature and should put out some nice damage
  10. When you start stacking Follow Up on top of those Crits, Scraps should pull slightly ahead

My guess is... probably not. You can still have a regular proc in CS
  12. Well MIDs should have the arcana time option built in.
    under options-configuration-math... check arcana time

    Formula should be...
    =(ROUNDUP(CAST/0.132,0)+1)*0.132

CAST being the regular cast time

    Edit:
So fireblast at 1.2 cast time
    (1.2/0.132)+1=10.090909... round up to 11
    11*0.132=1.452

    Hope I did that right
  13. 1.452

    99.91% sure....

used it a lot on my sd/ss tanker
  14. So we're looking at 56 dpa for Fireblast?
  15. Base damage in game?

Arcana time for it I think is 1.452

.... at work... can't do much here
