It helps, but it ain't great. TBH it seems less effective with i7 than i6, although this may be down to the endurance issues that quite a few people have been reporting. Could be just another bug to add to the collection

A lot of other players are in the same boat as you, and normally after a new issue comes out, there's a few problems with server wide lagging and downtime with map discons all over the place, BUT!

I yeild to your greater knowledge of the dark art that is PvP. It that scenario it could be a real winner. Let me know how you do.

You are totally right in what you say about the Dark Servant having strange fixations with stragglers, furniture, glowies, etc. Positioning him is a fine art, and I'm still trying to coax the swine to do as I say!

Another trick I've found useful with positioning is to stand "inside" the Dark Servant and let the melee classes swipe and miss as you effectively gain Chill of the Night. As the saying goes "If the mountain won't come to Mohammed.."

His TG is also as good a debuff as your's rememeber, and boy, does he love to spam it!

Virtually everything that the DS uses has an element of -Acc in it. I tend to drop him in the middles of mobs and let him go to work. It's also an idea to run into a group with him trailing while you are using shadow fall. This usually means that chill of the night is used to greater advantage.

I've found his debuffs to be superb.

Take a look at this. Pretty much the best guide to Dark Defending I've seen. Goes into great detail on the powers effects, tactics, slotting etc. The only thing it doesn't do is make you a cup of tea and bring you a packet of biscuits!

I used this guide as the basis for my D4, and it rocks. Enjoy!

Don't use it as a bible, but more as a template upon which to build. For instance, I slot TG with 3 Acc and 3 heal and FS gets 2 Acc 3 Fear and 1 To Hit Debuff. It's also worth noting that Dark Pit has a -Acc penalty of something like 20%, so to make it reliable get those sweet Acc SO's in there. 2 is good but 3 is fab. The best thing about Dark/Dark is it gives you so many tools and you can fit them around your playstyle.

Nice build, but I would take out the accuracies from the ataacks as Rage and Invincibility give you a very nice to hit buff. I'd also try and get hasten slotted earlier as well. I assume that the end rec's in stamina should be end mods?

Overall it looks like a really solid build. Take a look here for an overview of Inv/SS and my thoughts on the power sets.
