High Beam

Went into brickstown, solo, level 40 corruptor set to villainous. Went directly to the bank after reading these posts. fight fight fight and then get Swan as an EB! Death death death. So I dont place a great deal of stock in people who post here saying its dependant on not destryoing stuff before you go in casue I didnt and there ya go.

I got mine from the guy in Grandvill (name escapes me) and it was in Founders (makes sense, FF is a lvl 40 zone). FF (And Bricks) is a 30 zone. The only real 40 zones are RCS (Hazard), Peregrine Island and the Shadow Shard

Classically it's the D&D axiom of Armor Class and Hit Points. Your larger number of hit points as you go up in level does not reflect anctual increased health, but rather a numerical way to represent the fact that a cut by a sword at level 1 is deep (1-8 out of 10 HP for example) while that same 1-8 on someone level 10 (say 100 hp for arguement sake) is a nick. It simulated the fact that their skill has alowed them to avoid a mortal blow . . . you know the skilled swordsman fighting the other skilled swordsman slowly wearing thir foe down. It's not that the Bosses pistol does more actual damage (i.e. the bullet explodes vice simply penetrates skin) it's just that he is skilled enough with it to hit you center mass vice the bullet grazing you. Its the only way to keep level 1 minions from one shotting a level 50 on a pure luck shot because a bullet in the forehead will kill you no matter how strong you are.

Wolf Spider Enforcer is popping now on Villains side on test. Of course so is Kaolin Legacy of Earth, on every toon I have both on heroes and villains.

Well another patch. One new badge (yay new badge) and a pile of ones that remain broken (not money).

Heroic! Hah! Sadly enough my controller solo's fine on Invincible, which to me is absolutely wrong! My Blaster can operate at Tenacious at best solo. My Defender dies instaltly above Heroic . My Tanker still operates at Invincible. My Scrapper, Unyielding. That dont sound like balance to me.

I got Disruptor and Reinforcement in Warburg several days after it went live by buddying up with a person who wasnt autoexemplared to the zone level.

By the way Taser, any word on that Grand Lanista/Herc Titan issue? It's the only one of 5 Hero gladiators I am missing (Mu, Fortunata, Boulder (yeah I cant find an Eden Trial team), Ink Man and Herc).

Copy that I will get the Babes of War looking. Several of us have alts that have unlocked it.

Okay the patch went live and the four previously broken badges that were fixed on test are there (Smasher Elite, Research Assistant, Zenith Warcry and SHivan Destroyer). However, no trigger for Grand Lanista or Herc on my toon. I have literally 52 (50 rated) Arena victories. Hmm maybe its more. Perhaps it will trigger with your 150 Taser?

Just tested it with a toon that has never been in BB before. Not for any single or combination of the 4 exploration badges. That leaves either the Irradiated Badge (which the toon that got Shivan Destroyer has) or possibly for completing the meteor quest and getting the pet summoning temp power (again the toon that has the Shivan Gladiator).

Could be regarding Shivan Destroyer cause Beam also Has Man in Black and all the exploration badges. Also, though probably unlikely, it could be from getting the meteor temp power.

Sorry. Deleted one the other shows as deleted. Must have been a hiccup. Also Just moved over the current beam to Test. Hercules Titan (Grand Lanista) did not pop but Arena victory tallies didnt carry over to test so I am gonna have to wait till the patch goes live.
