Thanks guys, i am going for recharge to keep the attacks going so i am going to slot the 5 Obliterations and the Dmg/ Recharge.

I dont have anyting against purples, my Ice/Kin Troller and Corr are all pupled out, but I wanted some advise on how to slot now so I can use this guy on my way to 50.

Never had a blaster before and for the first 39 levels have enjoyed him so much I just might shut off xp and keep blasting away just for the "Hell" of it.

Maybe as some point when i do take her to 50 Ill just borrow some cash from his rich daddy and purple this guy out as well but for now just enjoying him the way he is.

Hello Blasters,

I have been playing this game for almost 5 years and just recently decided to make a Fire/Fire blaster to run around and kill stuff.

Well I have my build pertty much set up except for Inferno, I just dont know how to slot it.

I have tried to read thru these forums and have even gone thru the player guides and I am still confused as to how to slot it.

Right now (at lvl 39) I have it 3 recharge 3 Dmg lvl 35 common I/O's.

I would like to build the set up now as most of the other sets I have are in the 35-39 range and that is gona be his final build.

I dont plan on any purples so this will be it.

Any and all friendly advise would be greatly appreciated.

the ticket drops are in proportion to the prices of things on the markets.

people use their tickets to get the salvage they need for their own rolls and only that.

no more "excess goes on the market for cheap" because there is no excess anymore... just scarcity.

strange, because so many patches were in place to increase and balance the rewards... this patch is like 180 from that.

simple math- less tickets = market prices increase.

scarcity breeds criminal behavior in society.

I took this to mean that your toon can go from the "real" Rogue Isles to the "real" Paragon City and back.

I suppose they could mean that you will play the opposite faction in the mirror version, which would mean no need for a market merge.

Thats how I was interpeting the announcement as well... sorta like I can play the mirror of my Corr on the other side. Was not thinking that I can use all the infamy he has stored up at WW only that he can play the hero side stories

I actually decided I didn't like that build and ended up coming up with a different build which has 49% melee and ranged defense, 41% area of effect, and perma Mind Link which overlaps for 10 seconds. I didn't bother going for perma-Hasten because my global base recharge is 58% and I figured that was good enough.

I am torn between Gloom and Mental Blast though. I took Mental Blast at 41 just because I want to make sure I have all the Night Widow powers that the NPC would typically have, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE Gloom. Gloom does a lot more damage and is one of the lesser resisted damage types like psi, but a Night Widow wouldn't have Gloom so that is my dilemma.
