I didn't see a thread to put random pieces of work, so here I am. I'm not a much of an artist, I haven't drawn since 8th grade (when I did this). I wanted to post this up because it is my first and only creation I've made. I drew this two years ago of my character Quantum Lightning. I don't plan on drawing anymore, it isn't really my thing, but I'm glad I did it!
Thanks for checking it out

Hey I know you from liberty! -Lady Inferno- Glad to see you are trying arena pvp, best of luck.
-
Sorry worded my post wrong >.> whoops. I agree that there can't be a rule and like others have said it it doesn't give anyone an advantage because everyone can use it. Although i doubt many teams use the honor system ;p
-
I don't know if this has been brought up or not. Another issue I feel needs to be looked at is the email healers (you know what I am talking about). However, untill the devs do something I suppose you can't enforce a rule.
-
Yeah agreed, except I'm 100% positive that no one else was editing because in one base I'm the only one with authority to to do. In the other group everyone has been offline for 50-800+ days except my friend who wasn't on
Shall remain a mystery...till then I have to fix my internets ever since i17... -
I'm basically asking if anyone has run into this issue, I'll be sending a ticket. None of the below has had a real negative affect on my gaming experience, but I think it should be looked at still.
1) I just joined my friend's relatively simple and empty SG, and after leaving the SG Base I was spammed with
Unknown command: baseselect
Unknown command: baseselect
Unknown command: baseselect
Unknown command: mousedrag
Unknown command: mousedrag
I switched characters and it still happened (this is outside the SG base) and continues to do so where ever I go.
2) I also noticed when clicking on SG items (enhancement table, desk, etc.) they light up a pink-red color as if you were in the base editor, which I was not.
3) I can't log out while in a SG Base
4) Additionally after loading back into steel canyon from the SG base my graphics appeared more pixelated than normal and frame rates were bad for about 30 seconds (abonormal because I have had 0 graphic issues prior). This has only happened once thankfully.
5) Another one...I randomly get Base edit failed: You are not allowed. (I WASNT IN BASE EDITOR)
I was in different SG Bases, not one particular one.
Thanks for reading my post and responding. -

I don't actually plan on using it that often, but I have a free power slot and wasn't sure what to go with. CP seemed the best choice for situational moments compared to the other alternatives (cept RoF if I decide i suck to much and stay in zone foreva) and I wasn't specing just for the league. Already had good stats, so I didn't need another power for set bonuses imo. Took a look at your build Psy some interesting stuff.
I've decided I won't be doing much zone anymore, so I'm going to bypass RoF. I just find arena a lot more fun than zone. -
Didn't think about the procs thanks mac. Up untill the league starts all I've done is zone and 1v1, watching matches as a drone, and a couple KB/FFA/pvpec 2v2...so I haven't really had to worry about it. TF and Snipe is just for sets, RoF would have only been for zone only. I think I'll stick with CP and I most likely won't fit in PB.

Removed builds becuase I'm switching over to psi/em.
Thanks to those who take the time to read over my post, and gave any advice. -

In-game: I enjoy playing all ATs and aspects of the game (except roleplaying, haven't tried that) available.
In Real: I can do one thing, and then do the opposite. Sometimes I prefer to be behind the sidelines, and other times I like to be in front (Tank?). I'm a good follower (can listen to directions and work hard), but I've been invited/attended leadership conferences in DC. I can sit at the computer for days and be lazy (I hate cleaning), but I love sports and being active (Kayak, Run, Bike, Hike, every day/week). It all depends on the scenario.
In-Game: I play Hereos about 99% of the time. I only have one Villain atm.
In-Real: I don't really have a single bad bone in my body (imo) and I dislike gloominess.
In-Game: I like to set long term goals, such as soloing an AV, earn badges, earn a billion influence, lead an active SG, etc.
In-Real: I like to accomplish things, and have a list of things I want to do, such as go to Italy (going in two years), learn archery, go bunjee jumping, write a book, build a computer, etc.
In-Game: When I'm only socializing, I tend to jump and run all over the place.
In-Real: I have a tendancy to have the need to be moving most of the time.
In-Game: If someone's biding for attention (Trolling, Sadastic People, Etc.) I just ignore it, instead of giving them what they want (a reaction). I very very rarely actually get mad, only frustrated with myself if I do usually.
In-Real: I find drama really pointless, and usually walk away unless it's actually a serious topic all around. I've never 'hated' someone, or remained angry with someone for more than a day.
In-Game: I won't join something such as a task force if I think I'm incapable. Ex: my fire tank can't tank the ITF with his current build and I sometimes won't join something I have no prior knowledge of it (I read up on things usually before doing it).
In-Real: I won't join something if I think I'll suck at it, and I'll probably practice on it in descretion before doing it.
Err did I go off topic? Did you mean like, I play a healer and I'm a doctor in real kind of thing? hehe oh well :P -
I'll sign up for the next hamidon attempt. I didn't attend the previous ones lately, but plan to this time if it does happen. As far as what I will bring, I haven't a clue. What ever is needed the most of the following: Stone/Fire, Earth/Rad, Fire/Kin, BS/Regen, or Fire/SR. Global is @Inferno Brother and I already have 15 EoEs saved up so far. I have attended two failed hamidon's and have read up on strategies, so I have a little experience. I can follow directions nevertheless ;P

That's what I have been doing exactly. I get "GWCell.cohdemo already exists. Do you want to replace it?" I click yes.
"Cannot create the C:\Program Files (x86)\City of Heroes\client_demos\GWCell.cohdemo file
Make sure that the path and file name are correct" If I play the original GWCell.cohdemo file or any cohdemo file it plays on the launcher, I just can't save on notepad. I have windows vista 64-bit OP -
Hi all I'm new to demorecording and editing so please bare with me.
I can open the files on notepad, but I can't save it in a format that Zloth's Demo Launcher can read. I can only save it as a regular text file not cohdemo. which to my knowledge is required to run on the launcher. When I attempt to save, it either says I need administrator rights, cannot create C:\Program. . ., or save as a text file. What do I need to do? Thank you all for any help.
